• Taking ownership of their administration requirements • Diary management; • Minute taking and following up on action register; • Updating schedules; • Updating Raid Log; • Assisting with monthly reports where required; • Document management; • Assisting with audits; • Regularly distribute information to project team members; • Following up on action items, tracking of outstanding artefacts/sign-offs; • Co-ordinating and managing all project facilities, i.e. equipment access, venue and facilities bookings, arranging meetings.

An excellent and dynamic environment to grow personally
I work in open plan setting where communication is key and flexibility is imperative due to the diversity of the people around me. I love it. I am very well known in the company as a result of the above. Some days are typical whilst most are high performance, which is what I thrive on. I rely on the team and internal partners for service delivery which at times can be very challenging. I'm a people person and the open plan setting allows for constant communication and interaction. There are dull moments nothing is perfect. I don't form opinions of people as tomorrow is created and should not be set in concrete today. I will leave based on my need for a change in career direction and professional growth and opportunities

My current experience
A typical work day: I work from 8 to 4, resolve members enquiries telephonically and via emails Your relationship with co-workers I have an excellent working relationship with my co-workers and management based on mutual respect and communication. What you have learnt I have learned a lot about customer service and leadership . What you enjoy most resolving member's enquiries and be of assistance to my co-workers The most challenging aspects of the job Dealing with run and angry members.

This has been an excellent learning curve for me.
My work place is home away from home. Its freindly, refreshing and there is so much love and drama. Co- workers are like family, I give and receive random hugs and it makes a hectic day bearable. I have learnt the importance of professionalism and respect among other things. I enjoy helping people and assisting where they require assistance. I enjoy adding value and making other peoples lives easier at work. The most challenging aspects of the job are trying to figure out different people to understand them.

Human Resources Business Partner
It is a very pressurized environment meeting tight targets. Challenging ever changing environment. Line managers are very demanding and very difficult to work with because they are always under pressure to meet targets. I have learned to work with people from blue collar workers to white collar workers. Working closely with management. I enjoy working with people in a team and also working independently in a challenging environment. Industrial relations disciplinary hearings and recruitment and change management is challenging

Great team worker
I always walk in to the office with a smile on my face. Greet colleagues and find out how they are. I try by all means to assist my co-workers where I can because I believe in helping each other. I have learnt that you need to be always calm when you deal with clients as it does not help to rise when the client is rising. I enjoy helping clients and when the sign on the dotted line, that makes me feel like a Queen.
Pros: Great opportunity to be an experienced adviser and I can be hired by any other company.
Cons: Working on weekend are not ayoba but i try to deal with it.
