Excellent organisational culture

I am working for a Gaming and entertainment industry, it is always exciting working up everyday to meet new challenges everyday is different. Employees are vibrant they are happy and we always have promotions for staff to enjoy with their families which is exciting. Working with different managers is always a pleasant on they understand the learning culture and the need to train their staff.

Improved skills

Registration of new guest opening their rewards cards. Former colleagues were amazing in all aspects they helped me learn the system and most of them were very helpful and approachable. Patience can get me everywhere and I was able to communicate freely with guest with a smile all the time. And what made me maintain my form were compliments I get from the guests. I like interacting with new people daily. When they are draw dates and events on the same day it was demanding taking short breaks not a full lunch compromising to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Good learning.experience

The company also empowered me with customer service training,empowerement training,holistic training.I also love companys culture which it is they welcome each and every person with a warm smile.most challenging aspects it when we have draw days and we have too many customers playing slots machine then we are short staffed or the system is too slow or there is a power failure

Excellent learning curve

What I do on typical day is to provide good customer service and lead the team to insure Standard Operation Procedures are adhered to by subordinates. The relationship with coworkers discharged is very good, though at times one has to use the skill or knowledge to diffuse tension that might arise, especially between subordinates and customers. I enjoy having to interact with high profile guests and celebrities.

Excellent learning curve

Providing excellent customer services, working as one team, introducing and helping customers with casino games, changing cash to casino chips and paying Customer bets without making any mistakes to avoid to making customers angry.

Life at Monte

lI have learned a loti my current role.Working at Montecasino has given me alot of exposure to financial and hospitality industry. People ate freind and that the key part in hospitality industry. We work as a team and I find it better and helpful in archiving the company's common goal. I enjoy most working with numbers, I've encountered difficulty situations and working with my colleagues has made life easier. We treat each other as small family and that helps understand each other even better. The most difficult part about the job is attending to frustrated customers and having to deal with slow responses from the bank.

Excellent learning curve, office, word

My position was to deal on the casino gaming tables, creating a great atmosphere for customers to enjoy my gaming experience while am dealing for them so that the can recommend our service and tell their friends about us.We work as a team as we working with money. accuracy is efficient ,I was enjoying what i was doing cause i know i was good when it come to my work.The challenge was to deal with disputes caused by a difficult customer but what i have learnt from that industry is to be polite with the customers give them a benefit of the doubt when it comes to solving a problem.

Pros: great opportunity for promotion becoming a prive dealer
Cons: long working hours, shifts, weekend and holidays

Not really much but that company payment levels aren't the same

Nothing to write aboute. It is a very long exhausting number of years with salary gaps between black technicians and ehite technicians is big. Whites earn more than blacks and yet they di not have qualifications. They also struggle with their day to day jobs

Pros: Not a great working environment because of unfair practices
Cons: Long demanding job

Excellent learning experience

I've had the best working days of my life. Had the best leaders who led by example. My team was amazing because we worked as a team Helped each other solve guests problems. I loved administrating for department. Everything was clear. Enjoyed my work

Excellent communication skills and organising skills

This has been a pefect company to work in. I am a person who is passionate in handling customer complaints. It has taught me to be an emotionally mature leader. I mold individuals to a team. The company is very suportive of its employees and it deals with issues without delay. Handling people who are very sensitive and intolerant about very monor issues.

Pros: Very great promotion opportunities
Cons: visited by drunkards who always cause problems and unnecessary complaints
