Quick thinker, patient, good listening skills, have good eye for detail.
Customer service is one of my strongest point, mainly on understanding the customers problem and needs. I am an easy going person, like interacting with people and i am a fast learner. Also can put customer and other people first. I can work under pressure, professional, honest, ethical, accountable, open-minded and have a sense of integrity. I find solutions whenever is needed, determined and always want to achieve more. Also like trying and learning new skills to improve and better myself
Pros: when a customer not sure what to choose or buy, then i would let them know about our promotions
Cons: long hours are worth it whenever the company's target is met

Daily tasks
A typical day at work includes: making sure all departments are tidy and also unpacking boxes with stock received. Merchandising stock according to visuals, and also helping with admin where I can and giving customers the best services

Excellent communication
I used to work in the stock room receiving and consigning stock IN/OUT I've enjoyed scanning the stock making sure that everything it's running accordingly, there after I've worked on the floor as a store associate I was doing sales as a cashier, assisting the customers on everything they need as I was working at the whole department, I Loved working as a team to creat the best customer experience and my job was always recognized

Hard worker
i am a hard worker and customer service is naturally to Me i have a smile at work and my clients they feel i like being help by me and i can work with out supervision because i know what is expected of Me i still need to grow my experience as well if any opportunity comes my way i am eager to learn more and respect anyone that i worked with.

Team work and taking the company to greater height . To reach my goals be an all rounder. Believe in the golden rule. Know your product and add on sales. First impression lasts. Customer is always the priority. Like what you are doing. People skills to be considered. Manner of approach. Deal with a problem a professional way.

MULTI TASKS
I NORMALLY WORK 35HRS IN A WEEK,IVE DEVELOP TEAMWORK SKILLS AND DECISION MAKING AS A TEAM.I ENJOY DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS DAILY MEETING DIFFERENT PEOPLE.IT BECAME A CHALLENGE WHEN A CUSTOMER DDNT GET AN ITEM THAH HE/SHE WAS LOOKING FOR,BUT WE HAD A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS.
