I happy with everything
I started as a casual for almost 1year because it was a small shop and they were hiring two guys per shop and when I got chance I made of I used that opportunity by learning more
Pros: I got many promotions because now I am assistant manager

Great experience, learning about the company calture and people's behaviors
It was great learning experience, I enjoy my interaction with the clusters,, cture was not really conducive to my personality. Growth is limited.. I felt stuck as store manager and it would have taken me years to move to the next level.
Pros: Incentive bonus and discounts

Strong place for learning and development
There is a strong focus on learning development and a good work culture. There is alot of accommodation for learning and a good support structure. There is also a strong focus on teamwork and interaction. There is extra curricular activities outside of the work place like social soccer games and running groups.

I worked as assistant manager for 10 years
I'miam a Self-driven and Motivated Individual. A Team player who is able to work under pressure, and keen to acquire skills and more knowledge. I am keen to learn to offer my my personal experience in the workplace. A dependable and organized with interpersonal skills, to manage to lead, organize, to plan and problem solving

Quick thinker, patient, good listening skills, have good eye for detail.
Customer service is one of my strongest point, mainly on understanding the customers problem and needs. I am an easy going person, like interacting with people and i am a fast learner. Also can put customer and other people first. I can work under pressure, professional, honest, ethical, accountable, open-minded and have a sense of integrity. I find solutions whenever is needed, determined and always want to achieve more. Also like trying and learning new skills to improve and better myself
Pros: when a customer not sure what to choose or buy, then i would let them know about our promotions
Cons: long hours are worth it whenever the company's target is met

Daily tasks
A typical day at work includes: making sure all departments are tidy and also unpacking boxes with stock received. Merchandising stock according to visuals, and also helping with admin where I can and giving customers the best services

Great foundation, lots of development opportunities
Interact with lots of different people Daily work scheduling,(staffing), doing sales, customer service, maintenance, inforce quality and safety procedures. Was promoted from junior management to senior Lots and lots of training courses ( sales, first aid, fire Marshall, leadership and management courses) Assisting customers and fellow colleagues is the hight of my day(problem solving) Huge honor being a team leader Most challenging is getting all colleagues working as a cohesive unit, when you do, you will reap the benefits.

Excellent communication skills, good eye fore detial,go the extra mille,reaching targets
Customer service is one of my strongest point, mainly on understanding the customer problem and needs, making me one of the best salesman in the month of August 2016. My duties are; stock receiving; machendising; teller; sales man etc. I can work under pressure, professional, honest, ethical, accountable, open-minded and have a sense of integrity. excellent in communication, good listing skill and good leadership ,strong in customer service ,and I can be an assets in to the business that it can be use to reach target in the company and to minimize stock loss and to make sure the daily task are done and follow ups are done

Have gained stock control and merchandise
Mr price home is a great learning curve of this retail sales industry as the skills gained will be having a good communication skills and telephone etiquette but it wasn't easy as there's difficult customers wrong order and complaints
