Great foundation, lots of development opportunities
Interact with lots of different people Daily work scheduling,(staffing), doing sales, customer service, maintenance, inforce quality and safety procedures. Was promoted from junior management to senior Lots and lots of training courses ( sales, first aid, fire Marshall, leadership and management courses) Assisting customers and fellow colleagues is the hight of my day(problem solving) Huge honor being a team leader Most challenging is getting all colleagues working as a cohesive unit, when you do, you will reap the benefits.

excellent in communication, good listing skill and good leadership ,strong in customer service ,and I can be an assets in to the business that it can be use to reach target in the company and to minimize stock loss and to make sure the daily task are done and follow ups are done

Customer service is one of my strongest point, mainly on understanding the customer problem and needs, making me one of the best salesman in the month of August 2016. My duties are; stock receiving; machendising; teller; sales man etc. I can work under pressure, professional, honest, ethical, accountable, open-minded and have a sense of integrity. I find solutions whenever is needed, determined and always want to achieve more. Also like trying and learning new skills to improve and better myself.
Pros: great team work, time keeping improvement and self confidence
Cons: long hours are usually worth it, helping you to reach your daily target

Have gained stock control and merchandise
Mr price home is a great learning curve of this retail sales industry as the skills gained will be having a good communication skills and telephone etiquette but it wasn't easy as there's difficult customers wrong order and complaints

Assistant manager
I was worked with Mrp home from 2006 ,I started @ the tills as chashier ,I got promoted to be a floor manager from there another promotion to be admin manager from 2008 to 2011 ,I moved up to Assistant manager until 2015 .I resigned because of same deferences .I worked in Mrp home with good people ,they never give me difficulties ,I was a key holder of the store ,dealing with customer complains .motivating stuff ,ordering stationery ,authorising @ the tills,filling store paper work ,issuing warnings when is necessary ,I m Fikile Moraine Mfuphi

Excellent learning curve you learn a lot interms of sales, customer servise, running a store and etc
its an interesting and friendly working environment. I enjoy working with people and meeting different personalities everyday. I am a team player, and love making window displays and merchandizing playing around with stock in the store and telling a story. Helping customers with their queries. I have learned to acknowledge each and every customer that walks into the store, to deliver a good customer service or experience, how to deal with a difficult customer, the impotency of launching the promotions and marked down merchandise.

I learn to communicate with my co-workers with good manner.I also learn be a good learder
I worked in the previous company as a Assistant Store Manager ,I was openning the store as early as I can .start preparing for the morning meeting that was everyday meeting ,where discussing about the previous day target .then im reading the book of monthly target. At 9:00 am I open the store officially for the day and start traiding ,floats are already allocated and till are ready for traiding .staff were free to ask anything to me as manager of the day relaited to our job.I use to be in charge in the absence of Store Manager , authorising at the tills .Checking and falling papper work of the store ,ordering stationery .receiving and dispatching stock other branchies of us .i injoyed share that Mr price Home is giving to each staff that is working for the company because we were getting payed of it twise a year.

Quick thinker, patient, good listening skills, have good eye for detail.
