Great opportunity to put something on the table
Hi team I am writing this in response from my working experience at Mr Price Ltd. Working there as an associates gave me insight of working and getting to know the workplace how it is. Howhow the company provides an opportunity to young people. I'm getting along well with my colleagues and we are very together. Sometimes our manager has his days of being harsh on us but as time goes we forget that and move.this in response

It is a learning curve
My day starts off at 7.45 when i get to the store i do my start of day in the system check promotions,targets for the day Ive always treated my fellow colleques with respest and since we spend half of our lives in the work place i made it fun too Ive learnt that being a manager is not only about crunching numbers in the system only its about the people because they are the ones that carry you I enjoy the relationship i have with with my staff.I enjoy the fact that after a long day and meeting targets we get incentives on a job well done The most challenging aspects of the retail is meeting targets..sometimes i feel like its not only up to me,the economy plays a major role too..

I am good
I am deaf I can't speak I use speak hand or pen if someone ask me I will have pen also speak only English but I can't ready any language from own home because I learn full of English only

Excellent leadership development
A typical day at work starts off with the manager checking the staff list and ensuring that every employee is present. The absenteeism in the workplace is minimal as the workers enjoy their work. The workers ensure they get t work before 8 o'clock as work presumes at 9 o'clock.

I gained great experience and knowledge on retail
We work 5 days a week The relationship is very good and the teamwork is awesome I've learnt to on how to deal with difficult customers and making sure that that all the customers are always happy for our services I enjoyed when we're making our monthly targets Pressure and demands

Super power
Retail teach and gives more challenge everyday,you meet different customer each and every day,but it's where you learn a lot about customer service. Due to staff we are different with languages and skin color but at the end we remain one, as a family that's what I enjoy with co-worker.

It’s a challenging place since well we have many employees & customers to deal with.
I’m a self motivated guy who works in retail (Mr Price Sandton Apparel) as a Stockroom Supervisor; Key Holder, for 3 years. I’m willing to take my retail working experience to another level.

Work ethic
Working as a team made me realize how to combine different opinions which may lead into work done, what I learnt at work is that communication makes things easier on how to share ideas, the most thing I enjoyed is communication. The challenges we use to face is the that the customer must walk out of the store by got satisfied.

Quick to learn
I had obtained Grade 12 Certificate with Maths & Science in year 2007 at Amadlelo Aluhlaza Sec and National Diploma in Electrical Engineering at Mangosuthu University of Technology, Attached with all the relevant documents required, Surely I have a good communication skills, verbal and written, and very good language proficiency, I am very quick to learn and to analyze any situation in any field. I also have experience both in high and low voltage, with basic skill in PLC’s and automation Devices; I also do Management of shutdowns, repair equipment, fault finding, and technical report writing in required infrastructure. Have ability to understand technical concepts, be safety conscious, have conscientious self-discipline approach, be a team player and committed, also have the ability to perform physical work plus positive attitude. As a hard working young man and a dedicated person, I also assure you that I shall be a great asset in your company.
