It's was not nice working the,the manager was not a good parson to work with.u do everything in the store,from the back to the front door.u work with short staff

I have great leadership skills and i am always willing to learn .
Maintain standard of the store daily . Ensuring customer service is always offered to customers . Ensuring my team is motivated for the day . Maintain store staff work results by coaching counseling and disciplining employees .

Great Learning Opportunity
Good company to work if you're dedicated and focused. A lot of hard work and high kevels are stress are a factor. High pressured environment, however there are amazing promotion opportunities. A lot of things can be learnt with the various training programs. The compony strive to improve every year.

Good customer service and hard work
7it was a great work space but we had to work long hours for less money at least there were benefits like provident funds and uif and also medical aid. I really liked the environment and the maneger was a very understanding person and he was professional

It is a good company to work for
Day to day operations are good, I have a good relationship with my collegues. Mrp taught me, how to behave around customers and other people around me and that every one is important it doesn't matter if the person buys or not. I enjoy working with people like my branch co-workes because they bring individual compitancy and also work great as a team. There are challenges during October to December because We have to stock up the floor and do security while helping custormers. It's good to multy-task but sometimes it cause a great loss because there are people who visit the store to steal not to shop
