Proppelled me to new heights
MTN SA was an excellent company to work for with the latest ingeniuity and service.I have since been retrenched as the whole HVRC division was closed down and i worked for a company called Adapt Global as an IT Administrator

Im willing to learn
Sales and customer service is my passion,ive been in the industry for 15yrs so im very comfortable eith anything that involves it,im willing to learn from others im a team player and easy to work with anything to do with service

Challenging and exciting
1) On my typical day i get into the office and work i have not completed i would complete so when there is other work give it does not pill up and having to rush finish everything that day. 2)I get along with my colleagues and we are like family. 3) There is so much I've learned since starting at Mtn and I'm still learning new things , I love challenges cause they just so motivating. 4) What i love most of the company is that it's not all work but we also have socializing times. The parties Mtn has are one's i would always treasure. 5) Challenging aspects of my job is dealing with clients with different charactors, some very difficult and some a pleasure to deal with.
Pros: Getting increases and they don't make a difference in one's salary.
Cons: I don't have a problem with my working times.

Excellent environment
The environment was friendly in such a way that you get motivated the minute you enter the gate .people around starting from the security and to my colleges the was no dull moments.it was easy to forget about everything when your at work and give excellent service to customers. i have learned a lot from my team mates and supervisors,don't take anything personal as you don't those people your interacting with.treat every first call as a new call then things will work out for me to deliver my best.

Excellent Learning Curve. Best times of my Working Career Learned a lot about the business
I i I have learned alot from the company. I enjoyed working with new clients evrday and seeing the old ones as well. The company treatrd Us very well. We had the best Perks like cell phone allowance medical aid pension and provident fund. My typical day is a very busy one as i saw alot c The only challenges was systems problems and obviously new managenent now and then.
Pros: Got to learn a lot from different clients, businesses especially because of the Rosebank Lsm

Excellent learning curve and career growth
MTN is a great organization to work for with strong emphasis on employee growth across all divisions. MTN offers Great culture, great people and great products. MTN culture is about transformation and integrity. MTN is a Flexible Company to Work for with Great People. I work with challenging projects, new technologies and meeting new people. My co-workers are great, willing to share job responsibilities and always going the extra mile.

With experience I have I think I can add value to the organisation and willing to learn. I'm team player and can work under pressure, willing to learn from my colleagues irrespective of their position and also sharing knowledge that I have with my colleagues and co.pany will benefit with knowledge I have

Great learning opportunities for students
Quintin assumed a role of an Acting Supervisor at the MTN Walk In Centre in the beginning of 2018 handling customer queries and complaints, managing the Walk In Centre front desk staff, drafting weekly and monthly reports and was a Technical Customer Service Rep, Acting Supervisor, Stock Planner at MTN SA for a period of 6 years, Sales Consultant at metropolitan Life, Account Executive/Manager at Stingray Holdings and previously he worked for SASSA as Unit Coordinator (Human Operations Unit) and prior to that worked for Dekra as Key Account Executive (Sales) and worked for two retail giant Foschini Group (RJL Menlyn) & Busby Group (Guess Menlyn)
