Working for a financial institution in a collections environment is always challenging. Managing an Inbound call centre within a collections space is a real treat, you know everything happening within your business and what the customers experience. The job is challenging in the sense that you need to maintain SLA's and Abandon targets while it is not completely within your control. We deal with a lot of complaints and or escalations, we deal with various stake holders and various customers from internal to external. Managing call centre agents and keeping them motivated to collect without monetary incentives can be very challenging but allows you to think out of the box, be more creative and explore peoples thinking and behaviour. I enjoy working with people and servicing as well as being productive and having a challenging job.

Wonderful
Working at nedbank is very intense as we are on a monthly target and each day gives new challenges as to how I will have to meet them also it allows me to meet different types of people and different types of markets in terms of earnings I just love the challenge that to company brings to me each month

Very challenging and keeps you on your toes at all times
As a sales consultant everyday is a challenge, as there are daily targets, weekly targets and monthly targets and knowing that those targets won't meet themselves as an action plan is suppose to be put in place. We've built a good working environment as we spend more hours at a work place and also in order to manage to meet up branch sales targets teamwork is a solution as one can not do everything alone. I've learnt that good service for each and every client is the best strategy as clients buy service more than a price, and that your clients are the best marketers. What I enjoy about my role is meeting new people everyday and the satisfaction that you get from meeting your targets. My role is very challenging as working with people is never easy and you don't know what tomorrow will bring as days are always different.

I have a good relationship with all staff including my line manager. I have a good working experience with nedbank. I have the chances of growing as person.indeed it is a great place to work at all costs.

Great opportunity to grow
I am a hard worker and dedicated worker Team player I am a problem solver I work well under pressure Going the extra mile for clients is vital important As a call agent I've leant that you always need to put the clients needs ahead of yours The most challenging aspect would be assisting an irate client and still managing to end the call with a smile on your face as well as in the client's voice.

Great place to work at
I had a wonderful time working at nedbank, the staff members where friendly and im a very good team player I loved the fact that I had a monthly target that was set for me to reach evrey month I enjoyed having have to plan my day before going to work, knowing what I have to achieve daily to be able to reach my monthly target i was excited by the fact that I met different people with different personality

I excell in my current job
I do a lot of typing in the form of reporting for every client I deal with. I always do follow ups to my clients queries and always go back and give them solutions/ feed backs. I regard myself as a team player and have a good relationship with my co workers. The best thing I have learnt,
