Excellent learning curve

I am a driven, self motivated individual who is outgoing and thoroughly enjoys working within a vibrant team. I have a great working relationship with my co-workers and I am generally easy to get along with. I adapt easily to change and enjoy a good challenge. I'm a go- getter, quick thinker and an overall creative. Currently pursuing a qualification in Public Relations (03rd year) and I cannot wait to put all this theory into practice! I am an excellent communicator, posses awesome interpersonal skills and I make it my personal mission to thrive at everything I do. I enjoy the organisational aspect of events moreover if it entails communication with relevant stakeholders. I would like an opportunity to harness my skills around scheduling and time management.

Great learning environment

As a start into my co-oprate career it tought me to learn fast and always aim to excell at the day to day work as it was a target driven environment. To set self driven goals for daily aspirations in becoming a better and faster worker and team member, to lead my fellow team members by example.

Hard working and loyal

Good day A typical day at my work is being in front of the pc doing checks and spread sheet. I communicate with branches via email and telephone and back to me. I have to look at data for faults. My co-works are friendly people, we understand each other well and in my team we support each other where possible. I am a team player and do go out my way to help and I know this can be good and bad. I have grown up at Nedbank, they have learnt me to come out of my shell. Its business banking so you have to think out of the box. I enjoy when I see no faults, it means what faults I have noticed and advised how to do it correct has been learnt by the consultant. Challenge that I have is mass of work, it comes in daily high volumes and the feed back off corrections does not come back from branches.

Learning platform

Answering calls with client queries.. making calls to clients who have arrears on the personal loan accounts.. Working there has been great, colleagues are good to get along with. Team buildings and functions are well planned and everyone looks forward to take part.

Well motivated

I'm a fast learner, willing to learn new skills in your company. I've got a certificate in program in Office Management with UNISA as passed. I also have experience as an Administrator with Nedbank for about 4 years. I have experience in Computer Literacy.

Pros: I'm a hard working person, achieved a certificate as a best perfomer from Jan - July period.
Cons: working for the bank in the busy mall like Eastgate, the hours are very long cause we start at 8hoo up to 17hoo

Review

As a self-driven and motivated individual, I am able to work individually and in a team. I am also able to work under pressure and have good interpersonal skills. I am always optimistic and I am honest, I believe in multi-skill and, I am also a good communicator and know how to create a good working environment additionally I am adaptable to change.My hobbies include socialising, playing soccer, board games and I am passionate about music I am an eager learner and would like to broaden my horizon.
