Great learning opportunity
I enjoy writing minutes a lot. My co-workers mostly go to me for advice and for review of their minutes.I love this work but unfortunaletly growth opporunities are limited.
Pros: Allowance to work flexi hours and to work from home to do minutes for whole day meetings

Excellent company that fully support the growth of individuals
my day is mostly filled with coaching the staff to produce great results and identifying gaps so that they can be addressed. a good relationship with the co workers is key, because as a manager of self I achieve results through others by guiding and caring for them . I have learnt the importance of identifying individual in the organisation who generate value for the company. the thrilled and nail biting before month end to see if targets are met and how far you stretched your self from the previous month, and obviously the different challenges you encounter along the way and learning and growth that happens during the process. I always have to be creative and open minded all the time. The competition is tough in banking/ sales because we all offer the same products so you always have to be a step ahead from your competitors.
Pros: The support offered , and great oppertunities within the orgaisation as a whole.
Cons: East London growth is restricted, and i have reached a ceiling after the branch manager

I am a hard working person who always strive for the best
My name is Thulane Mathenjwa, I’m a young man who grew up in the province of Mpumalanga. Ever since I was a kid, I always had love and passion of working with people. Working with people have helped me know a lot about other people, however there’s still a lot that I need to learn. I always stick to what I believe in regardless of anything. I am a goal oriented person. The challenges I have been through over the past few years, I have learned to work twice as hard towards achieving my goals.

My Advisory Practice
My day will always involve the searching for new prospective clients, identifying their needs and offer a value added proposition to them. In terms of my relationship with co-workers it always has to be good because an Advisor you rely on your team to provide the client clients to work with or assist. I have learnt that the more you put in the more you will get out, also that the deal is not sealed until all requirements have been met, giving up is never an option, Perseverance is a necessary quality only to be exercised when necessary which as a professional you need to pick your fights carefully. I really enjoy enlightening prospective clients regarding product benefits, industry laws and any other aspects that they are not aware of. I also really enjoy closing the deal. What I find challenging is the amounts of endless administration the job requires as well finding new clients.

The company that am working at is okay, but need more exposure.
I am a hard working person and always go the extra mile. I would like my boss and myself to have a good understanding. I am willing to learn quick and work extra hard and if it has to come that i need to work long hours I will do that. My previous company that I worked for was for Nedbank , I was a Personal assistant for 13 years and I liked it very much.

Excellent Experience
A typical work is that you are there to serve clients whether they are yours or NOT. You provide a service of needs Identification and you have to provide solutions that meet the client's needs. The Solutions are anything from Wills to Investments, Risk Planning , Retirement Planning, Income Protection. Relationship with co-workers is one of helping each other achieve our specific goals and our tasks. This has allowed me to learn a number of skills like Needs Analysis, Client Reviewing, Sales , Leads Generation, General Client Services, Portfolio Managing, Administrational Skills, Marketing , Presenting and Strategy. I enjoy all of this however the best part is when a client is happy with the solution provided. The most challenging part of the job is finding and securing business.

Excellent leaning curve, hard work, and patience
my review: we are small team of about 70 and my direct reports we are 6 and I am responsible for any projects am currently heading 3 projects one is about R17 million the other is 30 million and another one for 20 million. it gets hectic most of the times as I only have one administrator and a learner. we have a good working relationship its like we are family. I have learnt that patience pays and I love working for this department, there's lots of room for growth. the most challenging thing is getting feedback

I excell in my current job
I do a lot of typing in the form of reporting for every client I deal with. I always do follow ups to my clients queries and always go back and give them solutions/ feed backs. I regard myself as a team player and have a good relationship with my co workers. The best thing I have learnt,

Lukewarm
