We are team

It lovely to work with my team, we are together, we see eye to eye even though sometimes others shows their true colours we seat down with that person and talk to him/her about how important to work as a team and how important is a job in now a days course somebody out there is wishing to work with us. All in all you have to be good at what you do and be committed.

Pros: I will be great to be part of you learning new things and sharing my knowledge too

Great Growth Opportunity

on a typical work day you don't have start of finish our as long as you meet your required targets then you all done. I have the best working relations with my co-workers. i Have learnt that to be the best you have to invest your time in your work and that all hard work pays off. I enjoy to see my client get value for their money at the end of the contract. The most challenging aspect is when we don't make the target as a collective team work.

Pros: you make your own salary by sales.
Cons: use of personal car.

My role in within the company allowed me to develop a career that taps into a vast amount of skills and competencies involving challenging work and makes a positive impact on society. We work together to win as a team and assist each other. I have learned that Honesty builds trust: Customers really appreciate honesty, and more often than not, businesses who remain honest are rewarded for it. Everyone makes mistakes but admitting and owning up to them can have several important business consequences. I mostly enjoyed meeting people who have challenged me and made my time here hugely enjoyable. The most challenging aspects of the job is that because of service level agreement we tend forget that the core of our job is ‘to provide excellent service. I get to put myself in the customer’s shoes which made me realise where I was lacking and where I can improve.

Working in an exceptionally high pressurised environment. Keep to yourself, don't disclose any personally details, Co workers can be manipulative and back stabbers. Lots of opportunities to learn

Excellent learning curve

I work with people and have many colleagues, I am always around people that what I enjoy more about my job. It not an easy job, it really challenges. Working with people is never easy, dealing with different temper and moods, this job has helped to grow as a person. I get to understand people differently each and everyday, the more I understand them the easier I work with them. Going out there, giving clients financial services has helped grow in every aspect of my life. As much as there can be pressure at work, the difficulties that I face out there with clients, has helped me to learn how to handle everything without being emotional or taking it personally. I work very well with my Manager and colleagues.

Excellent learning curve in the financial industry especially insurance

I first became an office administrator, assisting the financial advisors by processing their applications, give feed back to them and liaise with their clients if there is an outsaning requirement,, and also be a team player to your colleagues and give support to them and to the management, prepare reports for management and maintain your relationship everyone, I have learnt to be proactive, assertive and work well with other team members, learn your products and your systems so that it helps you to resolve your queries as soon as possible. II then moved to client services where I learnt to interact fully with clients, and Ireally enjoyed that and that improved my listening skill. the most challenging aspect of my job, is when you deal with a very irate client, but knowing your systems and processes, and showing empathy and listening to the client, that helps you to resolve his or her query in no time and you now have a happy client.

Pros: I joined their management programme and it was so interesting
Cons: management programme was stopped and posts were frozen

Underpaid by Old Mutual they a great company has so many divisions but mfc comwe make sure customers are coveted build relationships. Ovi oversee staff and engage with stakeholders. omagers are underpaid
