Aquired the busness management and sales skills
I work as if it is my store i am target driven and work well with people good team leader and i know how to motivate people to achieve goals i have learned all the busness dynamics on how to manage finances people excellent customer feedback on how to keep existing clients i enjoy when the store is full and running a quee the pressure that comes with it and how we overcome as a team is AMAZING!!! My typical day is when the store is quite and when the stock delivery is late the most challenging days is when the clients leave unhappy or when wen get bad reviews but we always make sure that we get that client back and maintain the standards

Enjoyable but the working hours are long
working at panarottis has taught me a lot, I even know how to work under pressure and I am able to calm difficult customers. Team work is important,it is a job where you should avoid making too many mistakes or non at all, but above all I have learned work calmly even under pressure.
Pros: the more you prove yourself the higher the chance of becoming head chef
Cons: the hours are long,going in at 3pm and knoking off at 12pm

I'm a fast learner and adapt to any kind of environment
I have been great with building good relation with my team that I lead while making it possible to run a successful business and I'm always hand on.I can as ble to work under pressure and create a better place to work and I'm firm on people and hard on standard. Can able to count monthly food cost and plan for the good operation of the business

Need to expand my horizon
I couldn't survive on the peanuts I have been earning. Need to further my career. The job is easy to do but the long hours makes the money received not worth the while
