Excellent and welcoming environment

I like to work at are vibe environment and with people who like to face challenges. The longest shift start at 7:30 and finishes at 9pm. We also have other shifts such as 12pm to 11pm, 4pm to 11pm. The staff us amazing they don't need to be told what to do, they already know what to do. I have learnt everything from dealing with the staff, customers, counting of stock take ,weekly and monthly. Handling of customers complaints and avoiding them to happen. To do things right at the first time is my motto, so that I won't face angry customers.

Excellent learning curve

Work college's is always friendly and helpfull . Managers is always around they are always on the floor . They help you wheb they can . The food is real nice and the staff that makes it is also friendly and helpfull.

I am currently employed and looking for an Operations manager position in a fast paced environment.

I work +- a 65 hours work week, 1 off day, work weekends and Public holidays. I oversee all HR< admin and Operational requirements. A day spending with guests is a good day, a day spending with difficult guests is a day of growth and building relationships. I love the industry and had covered many aspects of the industry, and still learning every day. A typical week will consist of conducting work shops, one on one sessions with employees(including management). Challenging aspects of the the job is to not to get to personal in what I do based on applying new processes and systems.

Pros: I love to grow daily, and looking to expand my knowledge in Multiple stores and brands

its a quiet store jus pressured by that nid a busy environment its a long day without customers gets worse on a rainy day..no basic salary depends on sales 'da runner is paid by waiters...
