Have gained a lot of supervision experience
Company is great to work for but its just a moment when you feel you you need a different kind of challenge.I have learned as much as possible in this field such that I need to use my supervisory skills in another environment.I do not want to be too much in my comfort zone.I need constant challenge that gives an opportunity to deliver.

Cons: Decisions are centralized meaning they come from head office which make it challenging to control your performance.

I apply for this position Admin Clerk - Nigel based on my experience in Admin, and Call Centre agent. I have experience in office administration and call centre agent, one in the warehouse, and distribution of products at Parmalat, Danone and one as Property Agent at Ronel Brink Properties I am computer literate and have experience in following Microsoft packages, • Excel. • Microsoft word. • Outlook. • PowerPoint. I also have certificate in Admin Clerk; I am looking for opportunities in same field, I am looking for new challenge and opportunity to make a greater contribution to any given position, I always show high degree of enthusiasm and, embraces work assignments given and energise others. I am hardworking, dynamic, fast learning person and always willing to make every task a success. Great to move forward
ensuring stock is captured correctly from production and put in bins correctly. ensure that stock is picked accurately and dispatched and invoiced correctly. day to day running of the warehouse. safety officer and first aider. being like a older brother or a father figure to my colleagues. I have learnt that a person's people skills must be updated every day as you work with a new person every day. I enjoy just coming to work. every day is a challenge as we put out a new target every day

I worked at checkers as manager from 2011 to 2018 and now am working as field marketer in Parmalat
I worked with Parmalat well without problems and I started in last years with them antil now I worked in checkers as manager from 3011 antil 2018 am willing to work under pressure and work on my own and also as team am a hard worker and I meet the limit of the company I make sure that the company do prot tfit the previous. Companies I've worked on all of them didn't hire me because of my qualifications they hire me because of my hard work and I am looking for The company which Will take me as per my qualifications

Job Review
I had an excellent relationship with co workers. It was a stressful environment but I coped well under pressure. Working with junior staff was quiet challenging as sometimes they did not perform well. Working at Lindt and Sprungli previously had enabled me to perform my duties well. The FMCG industry is a challenging environment to work in and I thoroughly enjoy working in this environment.

Learning curve and possibility to grow
On a daily basis I will be faced with various legal matters, from company secretarial, regulatory and contracts to litigation. My relationship with co-workers is strong as I am always willing to go the extra mile for the company and as a result am willing to help other teams achieve their goals. I have a passion for drafting and negotiating agreements. One of the most challenging aspects of working at Parmalat is that, because the legal department is viewed as a service provider and to some extent external from the rest of the company, the legal department does not receive the same levels of respect.

the company that I am currently working at believes in commitment, Ambition, excellence and greatness. which further more includes individual competence, organization competence and supportive organization environment.
