Learning curve and possibility to grow
On a daily basis I will be faced with various legal matters, from company secretarial, regulatory and contracts to litigation. My relationship with co-workers is strong as I am always willing to go the extra mile for the company and as a result am willing to help other teams achieve their goals. I have a passion for drafting and negotiating agreements. One of the most challenging aspects of working at Parmalat is that, because the legal department is viewed as a service provider and to some extent external from the rest of the company, the legal department does not receive the same levels of respect.

I worked at checkers as manager from 2011 to 2018 and now am working as field marketer in Parmalat
I worked with Parmalat well without problems and I started in last years with them antil now I worked in checkers as manager from 3011 antil 2018 am willing to work under pressure and work on my own and also as team am a hard worker and I meet the limit of the company I make sure that the company do prot tfit the previous. Companies I've worked on all of them didn't hire me because of my qualifications they hire me because of my hard work and I am looking for The company which Will take me as per my qualifications

Team player and hard worker.
As Distribution Controller we allocate and Debrief drivers and Van assistant. Monitoring and tracking on Drm also Parmalat systems. Capture and approve hours on Kronos as well assist daily queries. Check services of trucks and medical of staff. Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding delivery and ETA, plan trips on route and different code drivers. I have grown so much in company working in different departments from warehouse to Distribution. Never act out of emotion but every person deserves respect and treated fairly, I try to maintain good relationships with colleagues and outside people.
Pros: Able to learn fast and determined to finish best.
Cons: Care too much.

Excellent working environment
It was a great opportunity for working at Parmalat, they recognize hard working individuals. Management treat the imployees equally, awards ceremony quotarly. Room for growth always open. Was like working at a family business we get along so well. Working hours is flexible. I have learn to work independently meet deadlines. To be a team player.

Excellent learning curve
Our company has an awesome work ethic and culture. Very fast and extremely analytical however overly transparent regarding financial status and tracking. One definitely learns to operate as an entrepreneur I. This space by managing a part of the business as your own.

Working hard with smart and ambitious colleagues who you will want to hang around with.
My current job as an Lab Analyst is to do chemical test tests for all the plant production for both raw and final products. Record all data and report non conformance to the lab coordinator. I work in a four section lab but in one big lab room so it easy to learn a little bit of everyone jobs. We work as a team.
Pros: Helping one another
Cons: Growth is very limited and we have to work 45 hours per week. Over time is compulsory.
