Excellent learning curve

Parmalat is a very big Company as an HR you meet a lot of people with a different personalities as an HR you have to be neutral and have a good relationship with employer and employees and when you working in HR you must be able to work as a team and on your own.

Have gained a lot of supervision experience

Company is great to work for but its just a moment when you feel you you need a different kind of challenge.I have learned as much as possible in this field such that I need to use my supervisory skills in another environment.I do not want to be too much in my comfort zone.I need constant challenge that gives an opportunity to deliver.

Pros: At my current company I am given the opportunity to learn and excel in the position currently occupied.Company recognize hard work and dedication
Cons: Decisions are centralized meaning they come from head office which make it challenging to control your performance.
