Great company easy to grow
Customer service, receiving of stock and doing our stock take. Working as a team, doing labour scheduling. The company has great opportunity for growth. Great culture as the motto is sikhula kunye we grow together.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth, the company does take care of it workers. The December bonus is always great. Even the monthly bonus if we reach our target as a team.
Cons: Long hours, working on weekends and holidays is always the sad part u can't even have time for your family.

A typical work day.
A typical day at work consists of cleaning to make sure the store always looks presentable to the customers, delivering good customer services, and working on delivering great customer service at the cashier points.The current co-workers I have work quite well together and hardly have disagreements.In my short time I have been with this company I have learn"t that when it comes to retail it is all about delivering good customers service,it is all about keeping the customers happy,thus increasing sales. The thing I enjoy the most about this job is the bonds we create with some of our customers,and having that feeling of pleasure knowing you have helped customers find what they were looking for. I'd have to say the mos challenging part of working in retail is figuring out how to handle certain customers since each one is different.

What I have learnt. Most important is to be patient with customer and learn how to deal with enquiry mostly when customers is angry or to solve customer complaints and time management to be on time at work to finish my tasks on time

Attention to detail, passionate about my work and new things
Driving turnover, administration focused report to my area manager about the store performance and analysis the store expenses team building and communication with my staff, succession plan in place per individual process stock management and stock loss process in place, administration adhered too employe relation, demonstrations of good visual implementation in my store ,dealing with customers and how to make them happy even when they were wrong

Great culture
One thing I love the most about Pep is the Sikhula kunye culture. We hi 5 each other (from Director to a cleaner) Everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Their mission which is "serving our remarkable customer who on a very small budget make it possible for their families to live with dignity and pride"

Bad working condition ,long hours,30 minutes break,work under pressure
Bad working condition,long hours,30minutes lunch,not getting paid enough for the job we did.but im used to working long hours as long as i get paid,my boss is a very freandly person we got along very well,

I learn that if you are a Men you must work hard love job don't be liyzr at work leasson your Boss
love to packing at work my relationship with co-workers was good they love me because i am hard work i learn that if you are a Men you must work hard i enjoy to play soccer on the launch time no challenging but sometimes the i person don't love you at work.
