My day includes support and project planning I thrive on working with co-workers,.I have learnt to listen and respect that each person adds value,which is what I've enjoyed most, at times may be challenging, but the success are proven.

I have learned that working for pep is harder than I expected

So far I have been with pep stores for over a year and I must say it has been a learning curve and it has been hard because as I store manager you receive boxes of clothes, cellphones, do all administrative work, prepare stocktakes, do all the overriding at the till points, do also scheduling of all the staff, do banking. The Dynamos at pep are supportive however you will do the physical job. Working on weekends and holidays is always in every retailer so I can't complain about it at all because I am working one Sunday in and one out however Saturdays are compulsory for all.

Pros: Everyone has opporty to grow if you work harder
Cons: Working every Saturday and fellow Dynamos taking lot of sick leaves

Amazing learning curve

I worked well my co workers and I learnt a lot from them. Our manger was like a mother and treated us with dignity and respect most of the time but there were times when she treated us terribly because she couldn’t separate her personal life from work stuff and that became a problem because we always walked on eggshells around he. I learnt a lot in terms of merchandising and teamwork.

Pros: Great opportunity to be promoted
Cons: Long hours
