Great retail learning opportunity

My relationship with my co-workers is pretty good, the experience has taught me time management, when given a task to complete I have to finish it on time, i enjoy seeing a smile on my customer's face after giving them good service, the most challenging aspects is dealing with a customer with a very arrogant attitude but irregardless of that I never give back the bad attitude to them, I give them my best customer service.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion.

Difficulties in workplace

Working for pepkor was a fun and joyful environment, their was excellent teamwork and great challenges. Communication skills are very important not only between your employees but customers as well. Treating each customer with dignity and respect makes them feel good and want to shop at your store. Always great with a smile and offer your assistance. Dealing with difficult customers you have to be patient and stay calm it allows the customer to calm and be diligent with you.
