I relate well with my co workers,client visitors no communication barriers .l work well with or without suppervision ,under any given instruction . I have leant that communication is essential.I enjoy working with people from all walks of life.The resources are the most challeging factor.

Pros: Gaininig experience.Learning to interacte and assoiate with people dispite their societal back ground.
Cons: Travelling cost and time.Random working bookings.Limited resources at the work place

Manager

I loved meeting supplies enjoying talking to customers daily having meetings making weekly targets supporting my cashiers in any difficulties with customers or sometimes with personal problems I have learnt how to be a good manager taking control of daily budgets buying correctly making profits for the company planning promotional buying. Trying new things like having a weekly competition running where I would allow the customer to win I enjoyed everyday where it was good or bad I took it like taking it has if it was my own business I was retrenched 3 months ago

Cons: oposition stealing customers

I like working

I like working with people that like to work. When I do a job I get to used of it I be become loving what I do. Work is things that everyone need to do to get money buts is not all about that every work place. U must feel you at home. Work is your home because more time is at work done home

Iam always willing to learn

Iam a fast learner,working very good with a team,excellent working with numbers,I have learnt to appreciate opportunities given by company to grow within,Iam always the best employee in my department because I always finish my work and help others,and I can work unsupervised.Working with my made me grow from one department to the other iam now multi skilled..My challenge was working with big amount invoices where you have to accurate all the time before posting

Iam faster learner and I want work in company that will teach me new things

Pick npay is a very big company so the challenges are huge.We work with customers every single day and suppliers which is not easy ,I've have learnt to work in a team and .Working with figures is not you need to balance .Accuracy is very important and meet deadlines

I dont have much to say as long as i survive

Will wish to work in an environment where every stuff member is free to talk to when I wanna ask questions , a working place where everybody will want to be committed as I'm willing to everyday, will wish to work with people that understand that a client is always right, and that we need to work very fast

Good communication with customers

i like to my work in such a way that i must be represent my self, i'm working in shop firt must be clean, must have a good communication in to there customers. what i have learn it that customers they abouse their right i now customer always right but they ask more because of that. i really fo enjoy if they came and buy and tell me that bhekani you a so good there i handle them. last if they look for something and i don't have, they say we goner live your shorp and go to ather shop and i life..
