Excellent learning how to work in a large company

Working at PicknPay in Mpumalanga a year ago n now I'm not working residing here in Gauteng...I'm hard working and ready to work anywhere and I can start now n give 110%

Stock taking,damage controlling ,cashier

I worked as a cashier ,but I was able to do stock taking , damage control and costumer service. I am a very friendly person and at retail I have learnt that customer is always right come first (customer service).

Pros: If your work hard with enthusiasm then you get promoted.

Iam faster learner and I want work in company that will teach me new things

Pick npay is a very big company so the challenges are huge.We work with customers every single day and suppliers which is not easy ,I've have learnt to work in a team and .Working with figures is not you need to balance .Accuracy is very important and meet deadlines

Pros: Iam a very harding working person and I need to grow with a company
Cons: Retail industry work long hours and iam used

The best opportunity to learn

My job is an excellent job that is where you learn the beauty of art and creativity. There is where you express yourself the challenge about my job is that where you have to make sure that you dont lose the standard of the company and sure you are always on the spot. The staff are every good cause we help each other and we share ideas.

Internal interactions and administrations

I relate well with my co workers,client visitors no communication barriers .l work well with or without suppervision ,under any given instruction . I have leant that communication is essential.I enjoy working with people from all walks of life.The resources are the most challeging factor.

Pros: Gaininig experience.Learning to interacte and assoiate with people dispite their societal back ground.
Cons: Travelling cost and time.Random working bookings.Limited resources at the work place

I dont have much to say as long as i survive

Will wish to work in an environment where every stuff member is free to talk to when I wanna ask questions , a working place where everybody will want to be committed as I'm willing to everyday, will wish to work with people that understand that a client is always right, and that we need to work very fast

Good communication with customers

i like to my work in such a way that i must be represent my self, i'm working in shop firt must be clean, must have a good communication in to there customers. what i have learn it that customers they abouse their right i now customer always right but they ask more because of that. i really fo enjoy if they came and buy and tell me that bhekani you a so good there i handle them. last if they look for something and i don't have, they say we goner live your shorp and go to ather shop and i life..

Great Learning Environment

TTypical day starts off in the morning with checking at store/product level that each stores has adequate stock to cover forecasted demand for the week, where there are gaps or potential risks, additional stock is ordered to meet expected sales. Weekly planning involves forecasting weekly sales, checking if master data is correct on the system. Accurately planning for promos, assessing if there any risks that might hamper promotional activity success such as poor service levels from suppliers.Discuss and liaise with vendor and commercial team on a regular basis regarding critical lines and promo activity, mentioning any risks to business and expected resolution dates to any current issues. Relationship with co-workers is great filled with a blend of young fresh talent and experienced individuals always willing to lend a helping hand and help you grow. All supply chain sub-divisions operate under one team banner/umbrella.

Cons: not big room for future growth
