We work well except working under pressure because we are short staffed. The salaries are not conjusive but we work well with our managers and we respect each other.

Iam faster learner and I want work in company that will teach me new things

Pick npay is a very big company so the challenges are huge.We work with customers every single day and suppliers which is not easy ,I've have learnt to work in a team and .Working with figures is not you need to balance .Accuracy is very important and meet deadlines

The best opportunity to learn

My job is an excellent job that is where you learn the beauty of art and creativity. There is where you express yourself the challenge about my job is that where you have to make sure that you dont lose the standard of the company and sure you are always on the spot. The staff are every good cause we help each other and we share ideas.

Great skills acquired

I'm friendly I learnt more about customer service. Learnt more about being punctual and time keeping. Challenges was cashing up the correct amount as mistake can be made.

A perfect learning curve.

At first when I started working for this company I was so excited as it was my first employment. Over the years I've been there I have learned a lot, but I feel like I've been in the same position for a long time and I need a change. But the space for growth in the company is too slim.

I am a hard work en I give my tym to to work with all my passions worked at pick n pay thohoyandou started as a casual on a list of 20 it was challenging because we were selected and I was sellectd at first group of 4 as they saw how hard we where

Pros: Cashier
Cons: We worked 9 hours with 1 hour break if I get at work at 10Hour and knockoff at 19hour, if I get to work at 7hour we get lunch of 1h30 minutes at 10hour knockoff at 14hour

I'm a hard honest worker who has a strong back ground on staff n customers good in purchasing merchandising house keeping time sheet handling of weekly budget doing own promo
