Excellent learning curves for post scholars
Nice company to work for , especially for post scholars who wants to build up self confidence and self growth. The amount of hours we work for, and what we being paid is not nice. Hours abused.

Client Satisfaction
In the fitness industry you get to work closely with the clients and being part of their fitness journey which is quite a remarkable experience in terms of personal growth. I love seeing happy clients because it reflects back to the company that there is something that is being done right and that motivates me to push harder and deliver everyday.

Learning Curve
This is a tough environment. Lots of customers whom pay very little for multi millions of state of the art equipment with large amounts of complaining.

Good learning curve
Learning curve, I've learnt to interact with people even on my bad days and I've grown personally and I enjoyed helping people and making their lives more easier and the challenges I've encountered is conflict and I've learnt to handle it better than before. Our club is the busiest but the aim is to put a smile on our clients at all times. My co-workers are amazing, team players indeed if there's communication.

Great skills development
The company is a highly driven and motivated group. However the staff happiness is overshadowed due to the focus on day to day operations and function. Alot of work is placed upon individuals and odd working conditions is a standard expectation. The ability for learning is immense as the daily functions at a certain as there are so many areas to manage. At the operations manager or general manager level. You have a hand involved in all. Areas. As you need to know your business and understand at all times what is happening. happiness.

Happy, motivated
planet has a demi god issue. they do not wanna work towards an achievable goal but rather to short term victories. i we work well as a team and i enjoy all the guys and girls i work with. HI like sit through around weight but it get things done quickly, cheaply but more expensive as it is a repeat
