Good Day I would love the oppertunity to Join your team. I'm 32 years old energetic and fit. I am quite strict when it comes to policies and procedures, and like to have a smooth running opperations where no job is too big or too small. I get my hands dirty where and when needed. My CV only gives an Idea of who i am, but in person you'll get to experience the real me.

Interesting
The company as a whole is okay, however there is no room for growth in the company. They use you e.g. Ask you to do things you are not qualified to do yet. You are expected to do more, but there is no reward or recognition.

Amazing Learning Curve - time to grow within my career
What a great Company to work for, I have learnt so much from colleauges as well as the managers that increased my knowledge to a broader extend. I have enjoyed my time at the company and still do, I have started a family in between the years I have worked for them and feel that I need a more stable and secure career at the moment where I can have weekends to spend with the family. I have learnt a few skills from them that strengthend me as a person as well, such as the ability to work under pressure, determination, people skills, leadership, conflict resolution and much more. I am grateful that I was part of such an active company that has always been there for me, now is the time to grow into the potential I know I have. I look forward to a successful career ahead of me.

Selling Gym Membership,cold calling,canvassing and turning cold leads in to ales
Canvassing,cold calling,converting cold leads in to sales,selling gym memberships.sourcing my own leads through canvassing and making an appointment for clients to come view our facilities, do needs analysis take the for a tour while explaining how our equipment works,give them a program for the week to help them achieve their goals in the gym.first 5 hours of the day I make appointments and after 12 I go out canvassing to get fresh leada .

Ambitious
Am very good speaking English speaking woman .very friendly know how to deal with clients . Since worked in my life it was sales . I will love to work with your company and I promise that I will learn to grow and to learn different things

Great opportunity for learning and great experience
Execellent learning curve, i did sales, instructor, admin, and reception that is why i am called a "Pro" instructor. Working with people is great for me as i had to interact with alot of people and help them out with their personal goals. We worked alot under pressure as the company takes its policy very serious and made sure we give our members a " red carpet experience" always.

Excellent learning curve
Long working hours but good relationship with Co. Members are touch and go as some of them are moody or plain rude. Sometimes it's very quiet and you have to find things to occupy yourselfworkers

Fantastic training
Great company, growing on very larger scale, good customer care but staff members are taken for granted. Unfair/unequal salary payments and promotions.
