It was a great startup point for me in my very successful sales career.
Its a great place for growth in your career and y the people are very understanding and will do everything to see you as an individual strive. The smarter you work the better the atmosphere and payday. What you put in is what you get out.

Cons: Long working hours nothing I cant manage. Sometimes 2 to 3 weeks non stop Monday to Sunday

Good customer service
Planet fitness is a very good company with a great working environment,and has easy access to staff and members,very good customer service ,I started working there in 2010 and left the company in 2014,during that time it has given me the opportunity to grow professionally and it has also given me extended opportunities of being a leader and manager .I had my down times and falls during that time but management was always there to help with regards to anything work related,the trainingthe company has provided is excellent.I love planetfiness.

Excellent opportunity to learn
Opening or closing of the gym. Make sure all other staff have arrived for their shift`. Do a club "Fussy" walk checking if the previous manager closed gym by checking equipment, cleanliness, and all other facility issues. Report issues to maintenance, cleaning and club manager . Check club stocks on consumables and maintenance items - procure if levels are low. Staff training (managers and other staff) Customer liaison attending to customer account issues. Assist members on the floor training Weekly auditing on facility

Working at Planet Fitness Typical work day starts with strategic planning and prioritisation for deliverables. My co-workers see me as a leader and someone they can rely upon when the need help and problem solving. Mostly enjoy completing a project where the users/stakeholders can take complete ownership.

Fast moving company
No two days are the same, decisions are made by knee reactions. Company follows same philosophy when they was smaller, now quick changes should not be made without testing the impact it will have on the rest of the company.

Being awarded reception of the year
Making sure reception run smoothly, reports are being done, excellent service is been delivered as I do training with the guys every month, managing overrides, collecting arrears from members

Very insightful

Excellent learning curve. Encountered great skills and experience.
A typical work day would be interacting with members, doing staff and member overrides and new joined member payments. To grow is to take risks hoping for the best results and just keep trying. Failing is a step closer to winning a great deal. Always smile and be at your best, you never know who's watching. Knowing that tomorrow is another chance given. Always giving my all to everything I do. Angry members who are double debited in 1 month without a clues what the other fees are for.
