Ο Support the commercial team and develop new sales
ο Effectively deal with telephone enquiries requesting quotations for products; compiling information on the desired products including prices from external suppliers. ο Create quotations from tenders received, ο Proactively chase tenders using a variety of means including builder conference. ο Ensure all quotations are followed up when necessary. ο Liaise between Production and customers to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries and production. ο Meet and exceed the agreed specific performance objectives

We work with poeple,sales,customer service and
we work with people,friendlyness mostly required.we help with office work,filings and sales. i enjoy working at postnet because i learn a lot and i gain experience and it nice working with people challanges we meet is that some customers are difficult and you must do your best when helping them

I have gained a lot of admin experience
Working at Postnet is fun, you work 9-5, learn how to respond to customers and handle certain queries. I work well with my co-workers, and we have a lot of respect for each other. I had the chance to prove that i can do anything in an office environment, i leaned how to do scan and e-mailing, faxing, binding ect. I enjoy working on the computer and with customers, but where it gets really difficult is arranging collections with courier companies both domestic and internationally.

Excellent learning curve
At Postnet we worked with enquiries and mailing. Customers would come asking us to type things for them or even make books for them then bind them. On a typical work day all we usually do is scanning, e-mailing and faxing. I've learnt a lotat postnet all the things i could do I can now do and even working on the machines which can scan, fax,copy, print on bypass. The most challenging aspects in that workplace is having to feel the pressure of working with people who know better thanbyouband even pushing you to do better and trying out things on your own with making a lot of mistakes and paying for them.
Pros: Great opportunity for office work.

Good communication, team player, ambitious,
typical work, customer comes first keep customer happy at all time, have learn good communication skills with co- workers, knowing my market, importing and exporting of parcels, great experience enjoy being around different people.

Very great turning point
It is a great company where I meet with different kinds of people actually around the world since we mostly use courier services,and working as a team was the most important as well and the most challenging thing is to make sure that what ever the customers ask for they get exactly that and follow up when sending courier especially the international ones,printing on wide format as well is very interesting .
Pros: there was that opportunity if was a different race

Good for learning
Commission structure was okay, hours a bit long. Staff don't last, and teamwork was poor as a result. Customers relations were good. I Enjoyed my clientelle. I also enjoyed organizing the store, and keeping the flow going. A typical day would be approx ten hours mon to friday. Bickering umongst staff was unpleasant, as I found there to be a lack discipline and structure, as well as lack of understanding customer boundaries. Overall I enjoyed staying busy, and having plenty to do.
