Gained good experience

my time at postnet was eye opening learned a lot in terms of target, sales and deadlines, how to deal with clients was mostly enjoyable for me cause i pride myself in having good people skills, but mostly i would say that i have learnt how to multitask different clients have different requirements at the same time i learnt to be efficient because postnet is a convenient store, i got along with everyone at my work place i enjoyed my job untill the company relocated to middleburg.

Pros: great opportunity to gain experience and get promoted
Cons: long working hours

Great learning experince

I work here everyday helping customers to the best of my ability with my graphic design skills, and they appreciate the most that,

Pros: It is at a busy area where your meet people that require different types of services

Typing and courier

It was nice working though the boss lady she's a difficult person to work your never right in her eyes but am grateful for everything, I have the experience that I have today because of PostNet, and working there taught me to never trust a friend because they with stap u in the back so in life we must have a secret rather share my future plans with God. The clients were nice we use to laugh with them they were like family members when they are in the shop. There were times where the shop will be busy now I had to work under pressure cause I don't like it when they wait for too long in the shop I wanted to help them as fast as I can and keep them happy and always put them first cause without the clients then there won't be any job for me.

Cons: 10hours with 30min lunch

Best sales candidate

I am best candidate when coming to working with humanbeing because of my experience i have learnt a lot through Postnet company currently i don't even hesitate anything when coming to sales working with clients. I am an energetic with smile when coming to working environment. I would appreciate to hear from you. Excellent learning

Working at Postnet it’s very nice you get to meet different kind of people and you learn different kind of characters. My colleague are the best family I have in Gauteng. My employer is not such a great person as is he doesn’t wana pay us a lot of money, he always find en excuse not to pay us correctly, he wants us to make him money but he doesn’t wana pay us, he’s trying by all means to reduce our salaries if not he deduct our salaries even when you came late to work. He will never give you a warning if you do mistakes but he takes money from our salaries. Secondly our manager she’s just two face manager who doesn’t even care about other people’s health .

Pros: The is no growth in this company
Cons: No lunch

Good for learning

Commission structure was okay, hours a bit long. Staff don't last, and teamwork was poor as a result. Customers relations were good. I Enjoyed my clientelle. I also enjoyed organizing the store, and keeping the flow going. A typical day would be approx ten hours mon to friday. Bickering umongst staff was unpleasant, as I found there to be a lack discipline and structure, as well as lack of understanding customer boundaries. Overall I enjoyed staying busy, and having plenty to do.

Pros: Commision
Cons: Long hours, lack of teamwork, culture was very low.

Excellent

Good learning curve

It is a good opportunity for gaining experience in mailings as a whole. I had a good relationship with my former colleagues, we worked well as a team. The most challenging aspect of the job was to deal with angry clients, but at the end of the day you make sure that your customer works out of the store happy. So I learnt a lot on how to deal with such customers, also on sending and receiving parcels, including capturing of customer's information. I enjoyed the fact that we got along as colleagues and had a strong bond that whenever one was down or discouraged,we would talk about it and encourage each other to always be positive no matter what the world throws at your face.

Cons: Standing the whole day
