Great position to get to know different people
A typical day at work is a busy day, running from one side of the store to the other side. Myself and my co-workers can handle it extremely well and making sure that customers in line would be helped very soon. The understanding I have amongst my co-workers is extremely professional and also like my adopted family. I have learnt so much working at postnet and the main point is dealing with different people, I learnt a lot from them as well and found confidence in dealing with different people. What I find enjoyable and challenging at work is when I've been given a task from my boss personally.

Good learning curve
It is a good opportunity for gaining experience in mailings as a whole. I had a good relationship with my former colleagues, we worked well as a team. The most challenging aspect of the job was to deal with angry clients, but at the end of the day you make sure that your customer works out of the store happy. So I learnt a lot on how to deal with such customers, also on sending and receiving parcels, including capturing of customer's information. I enjoyed the fact that we got along as colleagues and had a strong bond that whenever one was down or discouraged,we would talk about it and encourage each other to always be positive no matter what the world throws at your face.

More than design
Helping people that struggles with day to day problems is a blessing. Sending packages is a experience, getting what needs to get where it needs to go is a good feeling. Printing, faxing and designing a customer's vision is were I enjoy most of my day. Being creative is were I feel the most ambition. Getting to know customer's and their stories and connecting with them on a personal but strickly professional level. Developing trust and security with all my clients

it's very nice to work for postnet,people there are lovely,helpful and they are a team. honest and trustworthy it's busy you always learn something new everyday and helps to know other languages as we help almost all African people

Boring
Typical long hours underpaid doing more work not a nice environment to be able to come to work with just boring boring not interesting people and not even the owners that place us like a hell hole.........

Learning chrve
I love working in postnet because it gives me the change to learn and further my exprience in my career......and helping the customers is very nice because customers is our business at the end of the day...we always give pur customers what makes them happy

Excellent learning curve
It's a excellent learning curve to start when you are fresh from high school if you need to know about logistics,supply chain and courier industry and I feel that I have worked myself up from counter sales to managing the store on my own,I'm willing to learn about the industry it self,looking for something that is more challenging
Pros: You get to learn different aspects of the courier industry,get to meet different customers and their views about the industry,dealing with customers complaints on day to day basis
Cons: You can never satisfy everyone,everyone comes with their own views and opinion on different couriers that they have experienced
