Great learning opportunity
A general day would be to pick up the children from school, drive them home. Make them lunch and then tackle homework with the eldest child. Once that is complete. I spend time with the children stimulating them through means of play or art activities. I sometimes take them out on outings. I have a great relationship with the nanny that also works in the house. The mother of the children and I have an optimistic yet professional relationship with each other. We get along well. Learning how to manage with children. All ages, discipline including. I mostly enjoy spending time with the kids. Most challenging would say needing to be harsh know them at disciplining times. But it has to be done.
Pros: Perfect family. All enjoy having me as their au pair

Expedential Growth
Exposure to high level management of finance, client, staff. This is a challenging industry that requires consistency to maintain standards. Due to semi or unskilled labour... Moral is hard to cultivate amongst staff. Great day is an inside to free day.

Leadership skills
I am a good leader in everything I do, I was a class representative at the university of Johannesburg engineering class, I was a chairperson at the new covenant church of Christ, I was the leader of a community youth prayer team, I do serminas in December to educate youth about teenage pregnancy, abstaining, education and universities registration.

Self employed
self employed i am currently self employed and some of my cusomers are not good payers. unfortunately this is keeping me back and i need to earn a fixed salary. and for that reason n need to find a permanent employment position

Passionate working with children

Given me some very valuable experience
I arrive at work around 3pm. I generally take care of a 4 year old for a couple of hours and then I feed bath and put to sleep the 4 year old and twin girls of 1 year. I'm easy to work with and I'm always happy.

Excellent team player and hard worker
I'm a Commercial mediator. working privately for Law firms, Organisations, Private companies and individuals. My core function is mediating between parties. I also do presentations for landlords and agents training and giving advice on property management, lease agreements, maintenance of property as well as in-going and outgoing inspection. I enjoy helping landlords an agents getting them in line with legislation and mediating between parties
