I have worked as an all rounder in the retail industry
My typical day is to listen to complains and to make sure that my staff are happy with decisions and councelling. I update leave and work on my payroll with daily administrations. I am a people pleaser and love to have staff and management. I am kind and understanding and can think under stress and pressure and make rational decisions based on the info i have been provided with.

I am a dedicated 22 years old tech GURU and I have been experimenting with various software platforms and devices since the age of 12. I have a very good knowledge of setting up hardware, using ANDROID; WINDOWS and Apple IOS platforms. By applying for this job I wish to expand my knowledge, and satisfy my curiosity about new technology and software platforms. I have a passion to assist people with technical problems using technical equipment and it gives me great satisfaction to deliver a good customer service and to build a clientele. I am very familiar with assisting individuals with technology snags and the understanding of basic concepts. I am dedicated to problem resolution and am able to avoid the jargon, and to explain complex concepts in simple related terms. I have a good understanding in setting up desktops; laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers and gaming consoles. I have a good understanding in using applications correctly and to identify and recommend apps of quality.

Compliance to safety
My daily functions would to conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and educate all on site instructions, inspect all contractors tools before work commences. It's important to educate and train safety representatives daily on site incidents, near miss incidents and risks associated to work. My ability to communicate with all persons is important to ensure all comply. Everyday is a challenge and I learn daily from others approach and disregard to safety, therefore toolbox talks are important. Daily reports are submitted to management to ensure communication is direct daily.

Learning and growing
Being an au pair has allowed for growth in major areas such as: Organisational skills Managerial skills Time management Multi tasking Discipline Creativity Driving skills. Because children ask a lot of question I was also trained to communicate clearly and effectively. Budgeting played a very important role in Au pairing as I would buy weekly groceries and plan outings, social events and community service programs.

Leading,Motivating&Managed people
Engage on a day to day basis with the Sales Team, Supporting them in Customer Visits, Motivation, and Guidance in Business Approach, Pricing and Implementation of Business Strategies. I would have multiple scheduled meetings with my Head Office, which was based in Germany. My relationship with co-workers, were of utmost importance, to support, guide, motivate, encourage, develop them on a day to day basis. To set some personal/motivational goals for co-workers, as part of their self motivational development. From my experience, I have learned that happy, self motivated, self stimulated people, give much more of them self, to ensure a company is successful. Enjoying, to see how people development; differentiate them from the rest of the everyday person.
Pros: I have been involved from Shop floor to Executive level.I engage at different levels, to Lead ,Motivate and Managed people, to a level where Goals and Objective could be met and changing people’s life’s. Ensuring that my team and I could differentiate our self from our competitors
Cons: By Managing a Team or People, one needs support from Team Leaders. One of the challenges to do this is to find the right people, with the right education and training, to support such a role. If one does not have a supportive team, then a lot of the responsibility lies on my shoulders, which can become a challenge

I'm not sure how to express my need for a office
I'm not a big fan of the house working and the dishes, I have never not worked so it's just the really big thorn in my foot. I ran out of big life changing ideas a week into the new position and the decision to renovate the house AND not use outside trades well in that case I have lost my support for the extended rooms and lazy river swimming pool in my next epic chapter

Typical working day
My company consists of myself and my partner both qualified CAs. We typically work with bookkeepers where they prepare the work and we provide the CA service, like drafting of annual financial statements and performing audits. We have a diverse portfolio of clients and thus our days are very abnormal and flexible. we work with a big portfolio of lawyers, whose audits re mostly due in August so this month is booked out for them, estate agents and body corporates, whose audits are due in June and again as we have a large portfolio, this month is also typically set aside for them. We typically service the small to medium enterprises who cannot afford a finance person and thus can often find ourselves in the middle of a few companies. We report to eachother and attend varies workshops and conferences to stay abreast of changes in the environment.
