Excellent learning opportunity

Working for my current employer has always been easy as we have a great understanding. A work day in general os always busy but fun and full of entertainment. If things get to hectic there's always a helping hand to ensure u learn how to handle the situation the next time. Co workers are friwndly and everybody gets along,great team work.

Am a very straight forward and I pay attention to detail and take lead when need to do so

am a warm-hearted friendly and approachable person. I am very energetic and eager to get things done (result driven), always ready for a challenge . I am more dynamic and self motivated individual . I am very good at working with others and enjoys their company. I am open and responsive to others' initiatives and I rely on the support of my team members to come up with ideas and see them through. I am a very objective person who only thinks in terms of facts and results rather than allowing emotions to affect my views. As a result of this I am direct and blunt in discussing issues, and this is sometimes viewed as arrogance by others. I have the ability to connect with people which helps me to grow

Have learnt to compile and bid and submit tenders at various companies.

Working with skilled and gifted individuals at different positions that they work on,enjoying more company of the IT guys who showed and taught me lot from their skills.Travelled more often with the boss,driving him to his meetings and do messenger,post and banking duties for him.

Pros: None
Cons: Starting the day very early to take his kids to school,and a few times take him home after his meetings

No growing opportunity

There are no opportunity for me to grow and earn more. There is only 1 director. No work no pay (meaning, if theres no job we dont get paid that week). No leave days. No sick leave. No proper office materials or internet. No invoice books or proper journal. Compsny has no profile. No one is registered. Absolutely no perks

Brilliant company to be employed at.

Each day has a new challenge. Different obstacles to take on. I had specific stores which I did. Had brilliant assistance from office if I called and needed help. I learned that working together makes tasks easier. More minds to think, and more solutions to a problem. I liked the fact that doesn't matter what title anyone had, everyone became one when we were in the trade. Most challenging aspects of my previous job was, at times, I needed to be in two places at once. Then I needed to leave the onboard merchandiser in the one store, and I had to go to the other.

Pros: There was definitely great opportunity to grow in the company and become promoted
Cons: We had our off days where we needed to work weekends as well. Not that I minded the extra cash.

My responsibilties is as follow: Businness Management, staff, schedueles, salaries, problem solving and finances My duties was basically doing all the work and sharing the profits with lazy, absent partners

Excellent learning curve

I am a keen dynamic and enthusiastic young lady with strong organizational skills I love working with people I am friendly,flexible and have strong communication skills which will be a great benefit for the working environment I have experience at Matriic academy of excellence as a secretary where I discovered my strong organizational skills and goal oriented character. I learnt multitasking and how to work under pressure with different people and different attitudes. I also learnt how it equips you with practical exposure as well as technical knowledge and transferable soft skills. My communication skills will suit the position as I will interact in all the channels of administrate work in the working environment

Excellent travel

Day begins early housekeeping and breakfast preperation i then check diary set out work day read all emails and corresponds i complete any housekeeping and do all clerical correspondence i dro off laudry do shopping and check on properties and staff then the day starts to close with dinner preperation and any meetings or administration for following day close off day with filing and serving dinner.

Pros: Great opportunity for renewal of skills and travel

Learning Curve

The bosses are nice and everything but the company struggles to retain staff and labour abuae takes place all of the time. All staff is being watched and micro managed.
