In Finance department and I come from administration background. So always learning despite the age
A typical working day is drawing bank statement and reconciling. Then i go through my emails to check all account queries and responding timeously. I then follow up on my maintenance repairs and quotations to be actioned. I keep my city of cape town spreadsheet up to date as well as city of cape town water queries. I do telephonic queries and landlord request for expense summary's for vat returns and auditors. learnt how to work with figures not easy but it can be done. We are three in my department and we get along very well. As in any department there is misunderstandings, but its how to work resolve the issues. I enjoy people, but the challenge is also the difficult tenants and landlords.
Pros: Can now fit in any finance department if given the opportunity
Cons: very far from home.

ADMINISTRATION AND TRANSLATIONS. Almost 100% of my time is spent in front of a computer translating. I work from my home office and I enjoy working A typical work day - AROUND THE CLOCK DEPENDING ON THE VOLUME OF WORK AT HAND Your relationship with co-workers - I DO NOT HAVE CO WORKERS I WORK FROM MY HOME OFFICE What you have learnt - NEW SKILL IS TRANSCRIPTION AND TRANSLATION What you enjoy most - I ENJOY ANY WORK GIVEN TO ME IN DIFFERENT WAYS The most challenging aspects of the job - TIME CONSTRAINTS

Love doing courses in my own time to keep me up to date with the corporate world.
I love reception work, being kind and helpful is what I strive for. I am well organized, a perfectionist and plan my daily work ahead for the week. I am an eager learner and truly love learning new things. I want to grow as a company grows. Where I am no, I can't grow in my work - I am the Admin Head. To put new things in place in a company, gives me pure joy.
Pros: Great opportunity for growth if given a chance.
Cons: Would love to work Monday to Friday as I no work Monday to Friday and every Sunday.

Excellent learning curve allows me to sell in totally new field.
A typical day is going through to see my clients about my product and projects that i am busy with at that specific. Ensuring that my co-workers are involved as best as possible to ensure good relationships are built. Learnings are that dealing with government is usually a challenge. The most challenging aspects are ensuring that projects are within budget and SLA's are adhered to by both the company and the client.
Pros: Great opportunity to interlink different jobs and get them to work together.
Cons: Can be overwhelming if the planning beforehand is not done properly.

You need equipment to perform better! I am that guy!
Lead by example, never say it cant be done. The most valuable resource at any company is its people! Give them the respect and support they deserve. The current industry market requires flexibility to keep head above water in the current industry storm in SA.

Learning curve
I accept any challenge that comes my way, as I strive to do my utmost best in very thing, it could will help and empower me for future task that's still unknown and it will broaden my horizon for the near future. I also strive to do my best for the near future of this company so that the company may Excel in more ways than one
