It is a great experience beeing in a smaller company but would love to have more to do.
It has been great working in a smaller factory that is low risk as it was experience in a different direction but unfortunately at times it can be very frustrating as it is an extremely small company and therefore it is very quiet at times. Staff is a great experience as they are a very friendly bunch and a small group so they are like a family. I loved the challenge of sorting out the company systems and picking up some of the hygiene standards in the factory. Unfortunately it has been very challenging for me as I felt that there was not much further that I could progress in the company and that it was at times so quiet. I am someone who loves challenges and loves to be busy all the time, I prefer hitting the ground running in stead of taking it slow. I perform best under pressure and feel that it makes me strive better.
Pros: A really nice boss and great staff.
Cons: Long working hours, no opportunity for growth.

Excellent learning and working environment
I facilitate, assess, moderate on first aid Level 1, 2, and 3 and health and safety courses. Assess all the modules for Document C and the Accredited Trainings as required by Health and Welfare SETA. Train Anglo Gold Ashanti Miners in Africa, Monitor and orientate new instructors. Design and develop Training Material and deal with industrial first aid trainings. Train first aid for project s such as UK and National Lottery.

Learning curve on PM for high rising structures.
I get to manage different aspects of work per day according to how we have planned with main contractor. My key point is to is to finalise practical completion. Assisting sub-contractors with planning to reach goal. Great relationship with contractors, respect between us is professional. I enjoy the freedom of arranging schedule and seeing things come to place as planned.

Exellent working environement
I am a practicing Advocate and Labour Law Consultant. My biggest client has on average 12 000 employees on a daily basis. My other clients has about 1000 employees. My day starts at 07h00 and normally end at around 18h00. I travel around 5 000 km per month. My work consists of chairing disciplinary hearings, appearing at the CCMA, Bargaining Councils or court. I enjoy litigation in the different courts the most, it is extremely exhilarating and stimulating. I deal with civil, criminal family and labour law issues. I have a very good relationship with clients as well as my opponents in court due to the fact that I treat people the way that I want to be treated. During my years in the legal field I have learned that I do not know everything and that there is always something to learn. I have also learned that good preparation increase your changes of success. The most challenging aspect of my job is to always keep my focus on the facts and to keep my emotions and personal preferences in check.

I am people driven
I most enjoy working with people and the development of the business and it's people in general. My relationship with co-workers are of the highest standard as I respect all, and that is what I have learned the most, how to appreciate each and every individual. Each day starts on a different note for me, seeing that I work with a vast number of individuals, each with their own personalities. I am very people driven and enjoy to see a company and it's people grow.

Excellent learning curve
Enjoyed the challenge but no iniative was permitted. The focus was on team but you cannot service 70 team Members. The company does support the community but quotas exist for white females. Relationship building is one of my strengths and I had the opportunity to build effective and genuine relationships with colleagues and clients. I loved the challenge and the speed at which tasks had to be completed. Enjoyed working with International contacts and creating travel itineraries for visitors.
