Hello My name is William Dyantyi. I would like to apply for an IT website design intern position. I hold qualifications in IT including Matric and a valid driver's license. I have not been able to secure employment in the IT field since I acquired my qualifications, however I have been working for myself fixing computers, doing up-grades, networking, etc. I would be happy if I could be given a chance to break into the IT because I have a passion for it and would like to study further and grow within my chosen field. Growth by default
i had a flexible working environment and friendly atmosphere. We were a family though colleagues. just like any family, there will be at some point quarrels and misunderstandings. nevertheless did that affected our days negatively. life at work would continue as normal. open door policy afforded us with a go to work attitude. you wouldn't want to miss a day at work, the giggles and teasing just like brothers and sisters would do. I have learned to make sure i get the best out of work responsibility because it is rewarding. Development depends on you and the environment you create. I found myself being an office manager and HR consultant, Employee wellness facilitator from just being an Office administrator in less than two years. I guess i enjoyed the most challenging aspects in my job because i had to design and implement my own. Success depended on me as the owner of that project. - these things i designed, created and implemented.
Pros: Learning and development, recognition, trust
Cons: My phone never stopped ringing even mid night - that's what it means to be in a Project & Engineering environment :-)

This was an interesting challenge for me and I did enjoy every part of it.
The previous job I was at recently was an insurance company (AB Insurance brokers) I did not have any knowledge of the insurance industry. I soon worked myself up to be one of the top insurance brokers in the office. Soon I was doing my RE exam (Which i aced in the little bit of time i was there). I built up a good relationship with all my colleagues.
Pros: Great opportunity for people looking for a challenge
Cons: Working every second Sunday.

Eager learner fast understanding self motivated
I am hard working,reliable, self motivated, handle stress and work really well under pressure I am a leader and not a follower and a eager learner. I enjoy organising events and facing challenges. I see myself as a team player and also a sincere yet Sturm and fair team leader. Further I am very goal driven and sales orientated I believe one must make mistakes to learn from it and grow it is the only way to ensure that one grows in a company and does not stay in one place.

Good
- my days are all about the little one i look after. To make sure she is fine and overall her well being -my relationship with my co-workers are fantastic i really enjoy her company and we work well together -i have learnt how to look after a child and many responsibilities aswell as PA responsibilities -I enjoy doing all of the PA work - There are no challenges in being an au pair if you are good at your job

Leadership while helping others
I love to work in a team and to encourage them to work hard . We are all in this world together that is why I would also describe myself as a positive and caring person . Having the chance to achieve my dream will be incredable. Having the chance to make people smile while helping them will be a dream come true. My goal is to make people love flying the same way I do , that is why I would love to become a flight attendant . Helping people enjoy a long flight and also to make them feel comfortable with a smile on their face .

I am a background actor
At the moment I work for two TV and film extras agencies but am in need of a more permanent position. I have a code 8 driver's license with a pdp and over 25 years driving experience and together 15 years supervisory experience in the security industry and in a bath re-enameling company of which I am no longer an employee.
