Job Description: Elicitation Requirement Engineering Creation of Company Templates Creation of Company Documents Creation of Business Processes Creation of Business Process Models Creation of Technical Documentation Creation of Data Mapping Creation of Business Rules Creation of Training Manuals. Excellent relationship with co-workers Learnt all BA experience since being with the company. was a Programmer / Analyst prior to this position. I enjoy everyday challenges. Designing all documentation from zero base as the company had never had a BA before and had no documentation.
Pros: Working in an environment i'm familiar with.
Cons: No future for promotion.

Pleasant working conditions
Every day I learn something new and am able to improve my skills all the time. Working as a caregiver can be rewarding as well as draining. Working privately gives me a chance to learn other skills besides nursing. I have learned a lot about plants and gardening, cooking and sign writing.
Pros: Lots of time to continue studying
Cons: There's not that much private time for me and there's no hope for promotion. Being with your patient all the time puts a lot of strain on both of you.

I'm newly admitted attorney I have been with mphahlele attorneys for 3yrs I have served articles with them and I have learned a lot, i have gained experience in the following fields: serving documents, raf matters, divorce matters, wills and estate, debt collection and insurance matters. my reasons for wanting to leave the company is to gain more and different experience. my relationship with my coworkers was lovely, we were a small team and we are the best team working well together. The most things that I have learned is raf matter since the company is dealing with most of them. what I have enjoyed most is wills and estate and debt collection. The most challenging aspects of work was criminal cases, client willpay you for winning their case not for your services. Regards Nomsa Mphahlele

Learning opportunity
i was in charge of bring in new business in and search for new work/business opportunities. i have a loving open relationship with my co-workers. i have learned a lot in the past months and would love to learn more in a different industry. my challenges are that i know the boss on a personal level as well and it is becoming a problem

Great growth experience
Fun-loving bunch of colleagues, at all levels. Serious when needed. Support each other to be the best we can all be. I have learnt that deploying agile is a process and is done in steps and stages. It is not an overnight process and even though you get the buy-in and support from Management and Executives, doesn't mean they full comprehend the impacts and won't need further educating, convincing and coaching. I love looking back on my stats and reflecting on my notes to see where we were 6 months ago and how far we have come. I also most love listening to the biggest nay-sayers who now speak Agile and promote agile thinking all the way. All projects come with their challenges. Mitigating risk and knowing when to highlight risks as issues is key. Converting thinking from one way to the other has been a big challenge. Also, sticking to my guns when I am the minority and continuing to work to covert as been the most challenging, but then also the most rewarding.

Customer Service
A typical work day start at 05H30 till 13H00 and then from 15H30 to 21H30. I work my own hours, no sick leave or bonus. No relationship with co-workers. I enjoy discovering new ways of work and seeing new places. There is no fixed salary.

Excellent for students who needs a little bit of oc extra money
The Au pair intustry is a perfect work industry for students who are looking for a opportunity to make a little bit of extra money whilst finishing thier studies. It is unfortunately not an industry that offers any growth opportunities.
Pros: Not a lot of pressure
Cons: Gets quite lonely if you are an extrovert

Excellent learning curve
Enjoyed the challenge but no iniative was permitted. The focus was on team but you cannot service 70 team Members. The company does support the community but quotas exist for white females. Relationship building is one of my strengths and I had the opportunity to build effective and genuine relationships with colleagues and clients. I loved the challenge and the speed at which tasks had to be completed. Enjoyed working with International contacts and creating travel itineraries for visitors.
