I learned different way of treating a child and understand their milestones
Hardworking, good communication, problem solving, self discipline, able to work under pressure, ability to work with or without team, sociable, disciplined and determined, good asset for the company
Pros: The company was great and the salary were also reasonable
Cons: Working long time from 8- 5 and u only get one off day once a week(1day) u don't have time to study further nor to explore

• I am a highly methodical, amenable, and results orientated team player who is experienced in taking inbound calls from customers regarding products and services. I am successfully incorporated my solid communication skills to effectively interact with a huge team of associates while simultaneously building bond with visitors and customers.

Great opportunity to get experience
A typicall day at work it driving around fetching children gett them home safely making sure they eat and get all their homework done then i need to keep them entertained, and occasionally take them on trips to different places. I tend to develope good relationships with the mothers of the children and i am always open to constuctive critisism. Working with children i have learnt alot like take the swings as they come and planning ahead of time to stay organised. Children can teach you alot and building a bond is part of the job. I really enjoy working with children they keep you smiling and i love working with people and helping people which is why i enjoy the job so much. The most challenging aspects is the behaviour of the child they can be difficult to work with and hard to get through to.

Gained Knowledge on PTT but current skill set allowed me to win deals
Great company and opportunities but the order process takes too long therefore leaving clients in a waiting position which is something I personally am nit use to.
Pros: Gained knowledge on PTT as well as Public safety offerings

To whom it may concern: In life you learn from other people especially in the working environment I am in at present. Each individual have his/her own special character and to me that is fascinating. That for me make life real. I'm an individual who use intuitive and think out of the box. I work best when working in a team as at that point everyone contribute towards the task at hand, whether it is just by merely giving a piece of paper or a pen and you will find in the end everything fall into place. What a great feeling that is!!! Unity is a great weapon, if Unity is present you can conquer the World. Project and program managment for the last 15 years in finanical and Telecom industry. I manage multiple resource from various unit - using management styles . I am the person that most of co-worker come to for advise and guidance. Most of my co-worker have of the years become clsoe friends. Over the years I realised that project never go as planned hence plans needs to be re aligned and assessed. People are our graetest asset and need to be managed and treated with care. Having said that people can also be the most chalenging part of this job together with limited finance and increasing scope. the job can be very rewarding especially when the initaitive is successfully implmentated and it improve our lives.

Learning curve
Learning more about transport route planning and obstacles in transport industry. Better ducument control. Assisting drivers on route and getting them safe to loading and offloading points.
