Learning
At my place of employment a typical day at work would be a friendly environment, work flowing as it should, task being issued to staff without any hassle. staff are very responsibly and have the utmost respect for there team leaders and co workers. i have learnt a lot of skills at the company, namely: better communication skills, team work, team building, meeting skills, time management, administration just to name a few. I also enjoy when a task has been set, a deadline is given and my team and i execute the task to the best of our ability to ensure the employer as well as the customer is satisfied.

Great Entry to the Private Sector
It was a good entry into the private sector because prior I had only worked for the government. B It�s a national company so chances or promotion and moving in to other regions is available.

Gained so much information and experience,
I am an Analytical chemist who completed her ND: Analytical chemistry at Cape Peninsula University of Technology and currently studying B-tech Quality at University of Johannesburg. I have a 3 years experience in a Quality laboratory in a FMCG company (KWV wine And Spirits),6 months of Experience as a Lab Assistant,3 months experience as a Routine Tester(Saint Gobain Gyproc) and Currently a Laboratory technician at Protea chemicals Wadeville. Dramatic improvement in different aspects
Daily routines were different as we worked with different clients with different needs, relationship with co workers was very civil as sometime we did not see eye to eye but always find a common ground to resolve conflicts and go on with day to day commitments. i have learner how to work without supervision, how to communicate effectively with clients and co workers and how to handle pressure and time management. i enjoyed closing sales reals and seeing our customers happy and satisfied with our services. Promising to deliver certain products to the customer and finding out that we are out of stock in our head office, handling conflicts between employees was very challenging as well.

Great learning experience
Highly demanding role, had to supervise staff ensure that stock is received on time. customer orders are released, dispatched and delivered on time tiring at times due to pressure relationship with coworkers wa good learned how to reach a cuatomer satisfaction paying attention to details

Excellent learning curve
One had to think on your feet, be open minded toany posibility of new business, be a people's person. Be an exampler to co workrs, most challenging aspect of this job is customer satisfaction, getting their orders delivered on time without having damages

A person is never to young or old to learn and expand
To work for protea chemicals is quite dangorous because we work with different types of hazardous chemicals. I would go out to various costomers on a daily basis sometimes long distance with a road tanker and proceed offloading into the costomer tanks (20tons) depends what chemicals the costomer orders. I have good and open relationships with my co workers. Ive learnt to work carefully with the chemicals for safety reasons. I injoy the scenery specaily traveling far distance .most challenging is when i have to make decisions based on good work being done because its so easy to do the wrong but its even better to do whats good for the business and see the growth

Learning chance
overseeing day to day operations, attending to urgent orders to be dispatched, vehicle inspections and reports any fault found relationship with coworkers was good even thought we sometime did not see eye to eye learned to pay attention to details, and meeting deadlines, working well with difficult clients and handling pressure, enjoyed seeing customer satisfaction and getting 0% stock damage or stock shortage during stock takes most challenging was to correspond with product manager when there was no stock that clients ordered, and having to explain to a client that their order will not be delivered due to stock shortage and with that stoping production on their site.
