One had to think on your feet, be open minded toany posibility of new business, be a people's person. Be an exampler to co workrs, most challenging aspect of this job is customer satisfaction, getting their orders delivered on time without having damages

Dramatic improvement in different aspects

Daily routines were different as we worked with different clients with different needs, relationship with co workers was very civil as sometime we did not see eye to eye but always find a common ground to resolve conflicts and go on with day to day commitments. i have learner how to work without supervision, how to communicate effectively with clients and co workers and how to handle pressure and time management. i enjoyed closing sales reals and seeing our customers happy and satisfied with our services. Promising to deliver certain products to the customer and finding out that we are out of stock in our head office, handling conflicts between employees was very challenging as well.

Strategic HR professional

This role heads up the HR department for Sub Sahara Africa. The role leads and manages the strategic HR support and direction for the business. The role is responsible for Design and implementation of the HR strategy Africa, which is alight to the Group HR strategy, the business Strategy and legislative requirements of the countries within the business where our business has legal entities and operating offices. Functions Continuously liaising with colleagues globally, the MD and heads of departments for the region to ensure optimized HR operational delivery and compliance by providing strategic and functional leadership and support.

Excellent learning curve

Dear Sir/Madam My name is Guy Emile I'm a Btech graduated in Electrical Engineering with few experience and I'm looking for a permanent or a based training job. I might not have enough experience but I'm able to adapt and adjust myself as quick as possible to any type of work especially in Electrical Engineering and Maintenance planning . I am actually standing for the Maintenance Planner and Maintenance Supervisor positions where I'm working and I am doing very well. The Maintenance Planner was appointed to other duties and the Maintenance Supervisor was dismissed. I'm therefore, taking care of the whole Maintenance department and I'm reporting to the Production Manager.

Opportunities for growth

I am am currently employed as a Key Accounts Manager at Protea Chemicals. This position is highly demanding and requires me to co-ordinate various departments in the organisation. I am expected to ensure that my clients receive the best service levels possible nationally on a daily basis. I have learnt how to deal with difficult clients and enjoy the benefits of growing my customer base by providing excellent customer service. The most challenging aspect of my job is managing my time effectively because of the sheer amount of clients and enquiries i am expected to handle on a daily basis.
