Execellent Opportunity
Within auditing we work long hours. A typical day involves coaching fellow trainee's, updating management, managing work and liasing with the client. Tasks are organised from most important to least important.

Great growth opportunity
My typical day involves attending meetings back to back, obtaining and doing follow ups with clients, reviewing client documentation, and coaching juniors on the review. My relationship with co-workers is well managed at a professional and social level, I am able to work within a team and individually. The lessons I have learnt in my current job is that you not always the smartest person in the room, one should be able to learn from others. The most satisfying thing about my job issuing a report that adds value to the client. Being able to come back a year later and seeing an impact your recommendation has made in the client's business process. The most challenging thing about my job is staying calm in the midst of a crisis, that being experiencing delays or disagreements with process owners. Staying calm ensures that one is able to think clearly, listen and understand another person's position and opinion, and eventually come to the right decision.

Billing the world.
My mornings were usually of me pulling a ticket report for queries and then divide them between two people. It was a small Billing Team with lots of responsibilities, it was was closely knit. and it make team work efficient. Triple checking work where money is involved saves comebacks. I enjoyed the confidence my boss had in the way we smoothened the billing /feedback process. The hardest part were the billing intervals we had to process these bills within.
Pros: Great company and environment to work in.
Cons: Work loads get really crazy.

I work with a team of dedicated staff, towards assisting our clients
I am a competent chartered accountant with over 9 years relevant work experience. I have been through 3 years of articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In the last 6 years, I have been gaining valuable experience in the consulting sector at PwC with specific focus on the Public sector.
Pros: An environment that fosters learning
Cons: Consulting environment does not allow me to see lasting change with my clients.

Great team work environment
Working at PwC requires high quality work and communication and updates is required to see that all deadlines will be made that has been provided to the client. PwC team work is great and everyone is always offering a hand to help one and other to achieve goals.

International level of practical skills development in audit and client relationships
Extensive practical experience in small to large private companies(local and international) as well as public sector (municipalities, universities etc) in performance of audits, presentation of workshops, training of employees etc.
Pros: A multitude of other skills can be developed such as excellent communication, reporting, presenting, conflict management skills and time management

Great experience
I get to understand more on about the debtors collection side as I do bulk billing. Being in a big team has helped to work better with people and respect them as they are. I have leant that working with passion will help you get recognition in the company and I ended up working more with managers and partners. What I enjoy is that hard work is highly recognised and rewarded.
