I have been working at rage for over 3years and working there has been realy good I have learnt alot about some retail work. Working with customers has been really good and challenging.

Excellent gaining more experience
Working at Rage especially if you are casual it quite challenging because in a week maybe am working only two days and that pays me peanuts and am working long hours. Getting into the relationship with co_workers It is very pleasant and am enjoying working with them because am easily adapt in a new environment. What I have learnt about customer service is that I have to put a smile every day and I I've learnt to work with the public and their different backgrounds of life. And I enjoy working with the public because I gain more knowledge on how to communicate with people from different backgrounds of life. The most challenging aspects of the job is that I have to open more account so that I can get money and each and every day there is a target so we have to reach the target of the day which I have to try by all means that I get more customers to come and open the accounts so that they will buy.

I love experiencing new things
Working at rage was a tragic when we it came to management,they treated us badly and wouldn't care if we worked under pressure or not. We worked in a shop and we were working at a store in a team and we were close. The most thing I enjoyed about my work is working with customers ,communicating with customers was something that could lift us up. We worked long hours to reach our targets and worked extra miles.I stayed in that company for years without any promotions and at times they wouldn't give you an increment.

To become a successful store manager is to be a good leader
I'm a woman with strong personality. Always willing to work hard and go extra miles to get the job done. A very humble and honest person. Can adapt to change quickly and work under pressure have a willing ness to learn from others A typical work day. I have to be focus on everything I'm doing even if is not easy to get the job done. I had a good relationship with my staff we every I go I learn to share my experience with them. The good customer servicewe have towards our custermer help as a lot to make money I have lean a lots and being a managet you have to be strong and understanding toward customer and staff I enjoy my everything especially communication with customer Is to dismissing. U have to do what is right

Good experience depending with the people you are working witg
Working for rage gave me a good experience in learning more about retail. One thing that most workers don't like is being moved from store branches time to time. I have learned a lot about people and my duties and that made me more open to people have good communication skills I appreciate the expression I learnt

Respect customers
I'm currently working at rage as a store manager for a 1 year 6 months, doing daily banking, filling, receiving stock, daily cash up & making sure that the store is always clean everyday so that customers can be attracted to come in to the store with our house keeping &customers services that make customers come for more.Than open accounts for the customers

Meeting new people everyday is exciting
I train staff merchandise the store stock counting and check all admin work.i enjoy motivating my staff and mostly making sure that our customers get the best customer service..

Learning curve
Its a learning curve to work here, bt just to gain experience. Because the staff is not treated well in this company. What matters here is for people to make money . they don't care about the well being of staff. Long hours no overtime. Being a manager here is just to be there bt everything is run by the head office. So if u are a manager I won't I archived a lot because I am just like the sales assistants.
