Good customer service, retail skills
I'm a hard worker, have good communication skills and a very good customer service. Good with team building and counseling, gained more experience in retail, I've been working for Rage since 2012 I love working in retail, love shoes and fashion I'm also good with merchandising and staff management. I'm a respecting person bubble a bit shy... I love cooking and reading
Pros: Being a manager has taught me so much, how to treat customer's and dealing with difficult ones as well. I've learned to be patient in most cases, I love working in retail department .
Cons: I can work extra hours and overtime, at Rage we work 8 hours per day the week and 5 hours weekend and holidays

Exelent team leader and a good team player
Am a vibrante young women who is willing to learn everyday and has good customer services with a good skilk of managnent i have been a care take to 2of our shops and i did very well am also a team player an easy person to talk to

Excellent service for customers
Typically working days is when we have lots of customers and we have to secrifies our lunch and help everyone in the store. We hade a very good relationship with my team mates we helping each other every time. I have learned to work under pressure and help customers with a good hurt under no circumstances that I fight with a customer.

I’m good with excel, word and PowerPoint and they also gave me an insight about customer service

TIME MANAGEMENT AND TEAM WORK
I worked for 27 hours in a week and I enjoyed working with good colleagues and even when our manager was not there we were making sure that we meet our daily targets. I was trained by every permanent person when the shop is not busy. I enjoyed helping customers who were complaining because I was the most calm person and I was able to understand their situations and try to solve them when they are above me I would ask anyone who I think their information will add some understanding to the customer. I always felt like everyday we have to face a challenge for the work to be normal and I enjoyed that because they helped me to learn almost everyday. I have learnt to solve problems fast and always being calm, honesty and being trustworthy in everything and always report in time if i suspect there is something gone wrong or something I noticed such as missing clothes or one shoe or different shoe size in one box.
Pros: Great opportunity for a first job you learn a lot

I have been working at rage for over 3years and working there has been realy good I have learnt alot about some retail work. Working with customers has been really good and challenging.

It is a great growth opportunity
I am learning I love working with people they have given me an opportunity to handle challenges from staff and customers They easily cater for relocation of staff. Hr is easily accessible

Good experience
On a typical day, we do stock taking , assist customers when they need help. My relationship with my co- workers is excellent I cannot complain , we make a good team I have learned to be patient to always give clients what they want and to to be a team player To be social, and to always be helpful When costumers are too many it’s a bit difficult to manage but I always ts managed to put more effort and to attend where I am needed

Learnig curve
Working at rage is not a problem the problem is people you work around.the presure is not that bad because every one has to work under preasure especially when you work with reaching a target.rage doesnt provide any training for their managers or auditors.every one wants to work her own way.so when they find you more clever they hate you.and salary is just a peanut nomatter the experience.
Pros: There are no opportunities in these company

Brilliant for establishing a work career
It's a brilliant business model but requires better structures and processes in place. Work environment is lovely. Room to learn alot nut limited growth potential.
