Currently am a store manager at Rage Menlyn im used to long hours i enjoy sale's and very good at it.am dedicated and loyal i respect my job and give it my all.working at Rage is so easy as the give me the tool's to make money i don't have to worry about anything except making target that is why is always done.please give me opportunity to work at your company to share my experience with you.

Learning curve
i worked at rage headoffice collecting debt it is a learning curve for me i get to talk with the customer to hear their problems not paying their debt and reach a agreement or to make a arrangement on how they will be able to pay

Worst company to work in. does not value staff
Working in Rage has a lot of mixed emotions. It's great to work in an environment where you are happy and staff is happy. But when you see yourself passed up on opportunity to improve yourself it's a let down. They never promote staffwwithin the company. A normal sales assistant who would know how to run a store would have to train a new manager from out of the company. And when staff speaks for their rights they immediately become labelled as rebels. No opportunity for growth in this company

Spending the day whole day standing up and helping customers
Canvassing for customers to come and open accounts and making sure that they walk out with one of our merchandiser so that we can reach target but I've learnt that customer is always right no matter what as well as communicating with your co-workers is the key to success.There are times were it's go slow we go around the calling customers so that we can make sales. I hAve learnt that a good customer service is everything because they got good customer there high chances of them to come back and the more they come back the more money we make.The mos challchallenging aspect of the job is long working hours and communication barrier between sales assistant and customers but knowing how to deal with such situations makes everything easy

Good experience depending with the people you are working witg
Working for rage gave me a good experience in learning more about retail. One thing that most workers don't like is being moved from store branches time to time. I have learned a lot about people and my duties and that made me more open to people have good communication skills I appreciate the expression I learnt

Excellent communication skills
It was fun having to wake up everyday go to work, I enjoyed working with people I got along very well with the customers got what they needed. With all my experiences and skills I'm willing to grow even more and learn more skills. The most challenging aspect was when we had to meet the target but our clientele was not enough

Excellent learning curve
Working at my job is fun, and one learns a lot, but the conditions and how they handle staff is poor. They have no try regard for their employees, and the salary given is not accurate to the hours worked.

Excellent working experience
-Excellent work days with great colleagues -Strong and respectful relationship between myself and the co-workers -To perserve,tolerate,respect and the customer is always right -I enjoy helping out customers and selling them something similar to what they want if they can't find what they are looking for, housekeeping and making the store look neat -Stubborn customers
