Leadership
I am therefore the best candidate for the position that requires decision making and leadership.
Manage and supervise skills development interns through research and development in industrial projects which includes electrical, mechanical, electronic and instrumentation interns. Provide design expertise in projects, from ideas through prototyping, managing budget and risks through customer satisfaction, draft technical reports at the conclusion of projects for proper historical documentation, manage scrum meetings. My relationship with the co-workers is fluid. I give them space to grow professionally such as monitoring internal training and prepare the work force to always be optimal. -I have learnt that a leader is not the guys who always sanction and reprimand the smallest guy in the team, instead the one who can create a better working space. The most part I enjoy is when i give opportunity of each team member to address the stakeholders during project at the project review. Challenging part of my job is the customer satisfaction.
Pros: I would like to be recognised
Cons: I am ready to work long hours

Excellent working space, very hands on , great supervisors
-a typical day involves research and reading of a particular topic with the planning of the laboratory work to be done. the relationship with the co-workers is excellent and i learn alot from each of them. i have learned about how company consulting are done, using a software reactor and further report writing skills. I enjoy the planning of assignments and the group discussion meetings when presenting our outcomes for the week and progress. The challenge is learning to work with the new equipment i am exposed to but its is really good learning and eye opening.
Pros: good equipment to work with
Cons: not much work

Acquiring skills and experience (Graduate)
I was involved in a project where a prototype of a plastic house was manufactured using Casting processes. Casting interlocking panels made out of a hard foam for a wall. Assisted in manufacturing fracturing inserts for a client. I was using an automated CNC ecoline lathe to drill and tap wholes. Assisted in providing costs for labour hours and machine labour to a client. Got basic training for solidwork and Autodesk inventor. The day to day job depends on client that bring project that needs certain materials to be cut using Machines ( CNC Machines, Laser Cutter, Bend saw, bending Machine, Gilotine). I'm currently drilling and tapping inserts about 2000 in numbers. Learning most of the machines was fun but I would love to be involved in projects where I would have to design, Research and manufacture. The company could do better in that areas because I am not getting that opportunity.
Pros: Acquiring more hand tool skills, Technical skills and Problem solving skills.
Cons: There is no room for growth

All Day working
The day starts with checking emails and doing Purchas orders. Then attending site meetings with clients and staff, getting quotes and generating reports, managing complaints from client and staff. My relationship is good and we get along well. I have learned that there is much more technology in the world that I had no idea of. Learning about new technology and understanding its operation and function plus all the new people you meet. People not understanding the value of hands on education
Pros: Maintenance to HOD Faclilities
Cons: No Stability

I've gained experience within department I have been through B. Maintenance and Commercial projects
It have been joy working in this company, indeed the fact that they have renew my contract last year to end this year December it shows a good understanding. I also learnt a lot as a supervisor of graduate interns and P2's interns the challenge was to accomplish the task at the same time they must learn (teach them) also I was performing all the procurement myself. But I have been the asset to my colleges and the whole company.
Pros: It became a gratitude for me being elevated from junior Technician to be supervisor.
Cons: Nice working, normal hours unless there is any emergency

Very good learning curve but very low salary
I had a very good technician who was ordered to train me. every day felt like a blessing, where I'm blessed with new knowledge and skills. before we start working on any project we will check for safety standards and ask for safety and proper PPE. I never faced any conflict or bullying at work as we were working as a team. I have learned that treating each co-worker with respect it will build a better relationship between us. Being punctual at work helps from working under unnecessary pressure. I enjoyed working on new projects as they give me better clarity of how to approach certain problems. the most challenge aspects are given tight deadlines, completing a project in a very short time.
Pros: great opportunity for getting employed
Cons: low salary
