Good working Area and excellent colleagues. The experience is good for me to face the industry.
The company is good for electronics interns because it has a production of routers which include using machines like pick and place machines, offline computer with jet printer machine, microwaves and oven. Soldering, programming and testing PCB board is major process of the production. Also how to control ESD in the lab or anywhere where the sensitive components are placed. We are all working together for excellence of the production.

Help with insuring I get my diploma
The training is more like school,it's the training centre so students go there to acquire their in-service training P1 and P2 in order to graduate it's average it could do much better.the training would be better if it was more industry related especially in P2 . I learnt a lot a lot of programs are in placeonly downfall is its introduction and you don't spend much time to actually perfect the various programs. A very good experience amongst peers it teaches you a lot about teamwork, but she providers are more of student and teacher setting.

Interesting learning curve
Ima typical workday is all about giving out a task to Work Integrated Learning interns and looking after them as they execute it. My relationship with co-workers is friendly, yet professional. I have learnt patience and how versatility matters. I enjoy interacting with different personalities. The most challenging aspects is specialising in new fields and having to adapt.

I have a high passion for mechanical design and also knowledge on some different design softwares.
I completed my national diploma and B-tech in mechanical engineering with the Central University of Technology. I have plus 4 years related working experience. I also have other courses I did to increase my knowledge, courses such as carpentry, fitting and turning, electrical, automation and boiler making. I would be prepared to commit to any training that might be required. i also have soft skills in a few mechanical design software such as, solidworks, autodesk inventor and autodesk revits I have attached my CV below and I would like to set an appointment with you. I manage the companies whole safety management system, implementation and day to day operations
Every workday is different and challenging especially with all our different training departments -Carpentry, Fitting & Turning, Electrical, Automation, Electronics, Boilermaking, Maintenance & Plumbing. I get along with all my co workers except for the fact they see me and my jnr safety officer as “traffic cops”. I have learnt a lot with my time at the company especially now over the last year with this Covid virus through NIOH, DEL, and Covid councils. With that said since the start of the covid and the number of employees we have we have not had one single case of covid in the workplace. The things I enjoyed most was been able to interact with the instructors and the students been able to give one on one training to some of the students who took a liking to safety and wanted to know more and empower themselves. The most challenging part of the job is running / managing the safety day to day operations for all 4 branches with just myself and my jnr safety officer.

Programming & wiring of VSD’s (TIA Portal), Relay Logic Panels & Pneumatics & Hydraulics (Fluidsim). ? Installation, commissioning and testing of instrumentation equipment and electronic systems. ? PCB design (Proteus & KiCad), IPC 610 standards, Pick & Place Machine. ? Soldering & De-soldering of through holes & surface mount components. ? Bi-PAP Ventilator Project (Arduino based Project). ? Performing of PCB manufacturing and assembly for quality standards and ISO standards.
