I was able to display my true potential.
In a typical work day I would unlock the office at 7am . Receive my samples from couriers at 7.30am. Be at Truworths Head Office by 8.10 . Meet with different buyers to discuss samples , requirements and orders . At 10.00am , I will be at Woolworths head office to do the Same . Then 11.30 Queenspark. 1.00pm Markham, Foshini and Exact.. Return to the office to do my emails and requisitions for next day. Leave office at 4.30. DURING my time at this company I had build solid relationships with Buyers and was able to telephonically communicate with them at any time.
Pros: I was able to manage my own day.

• Monitor, control and the implementation of a Distributed Control System (DCS) on boilers. • Managing the contractual agreement between Kelvin and ABB the supplier. Contract value R 15 Million. • Contract period – 10 months. • Managing Kelvin technical personnel to meet contractual obligations on the renovation of the plant. • Managing design changes and the implementation thereof. • Managing the commission and optimization processes, boiler protection and oversee the capability test of boilers. • Managing the Quality process. • Daily morning meetings on work in progress. Weekly reports to top management. • Chair monthly meetings between Kelvin and ABB to meet project deliverables, milestones and project objectives. • Worked with Company Management’s i.e. Facilities Manager, Team Leaders, Project Managers, Planners, Safety and Security, Maintenance and Production Managers.

It was agood working environment which assisted me in growing proffessionally
It was a great company to work for. We had good r relationship with other staff members. I. WWe aactually worked well together as a team. The company was good to us as the staff however it was beyond their measures tha they had to retrench us.
