Biggest mistake of my life
Prefer not to disclose to the public at this time. This company is being managed by three different directors where each director is pushing into a direction with no experience nor any clue what they are doing. I would never have resigned from my previous employer if I knew at that time 2 years ago that this is how these people operate, this have been a painful experience for me which I do not wish upon anyone else!

Cons: Uneducated Directors, No people skills, Poor business drive, Victimizing staff.

Effective communication
I enjoy working with people. Do my work to the best of my ability. Strive to be organised and provide assistance in order to improve productivity and superior outcome. Enjoy accounting, reconciliation and problem solving. Enjoy working towards a goal and achieving it. Daily routine of import procedures, touching base with all relevant parties, checking on any outstanding queries. Address clients in a courteous and professional manner. Contribute input during meetings, offer ideas and solutions. The most challenging aspect of the job which are resolving client queries are the most satisfying

A typical work day:
A typical work day started at 07h00 to ensure that all staff is on duty. Orders for the day will be issued and completed reports for the previous day submitted. We where one big family and helped where ever we could. The biggest challenge in the business was that all decisions wad made in a heartbeat and without proper input from management. I have learned to be patient and not impulsive when it comes to decision making and also to treat people with respect.

It was a great place to work but unfortunately COVID brought on tough times and I was retrenched
It was a great company to work for but unfortunately COVID hit and I was retrenched after 10 years of loyal service. The culture up into a few years ago was very good and the company performed well

Excellent relationship with colleagues. I have learned vlook up
Relationship: Excellent relationship with colleagues. Enjoy Most: Investigate if customer claims that they were invoiced incorrectly, make sure that the book has NOT reached 90 days+. Learning: Learning new ways how to use Excel. Challenging: To make sure that all accounts are up to date and incoming funds received on time. Work day: Allocate payments from bank statement, follow up on funds not received, sent out letter of demands and email recon to the customer's.

Excellent learning curve
Racism, good salary, office hours and weekends off, aside from the unfair treatment towards staff with different ethnic background to White it was a good experience and I learnt alot

Excellent learning experience dealing with all ages of kids.
Was a totally different environment to what I was used to coming from the Bking industry, however it was refreshing. But with its own set if challenges. g.

Wiring,testing and commissioning
I am hard worker, consistent and disciplined. I am very committed worker, love challenges and I have the will to succeed. I am motivated person.l have ability to learn fast which will facilitate the training period.I can work under a lot of pressure.i am a an amazing problem solver.I am a persistent person and I don't give up easily. My dependability.dependability. I can make decisions under a lot of pressure (good decisions maker).I can be able To work with little/no supervision, willing to learn new things, easy to adapt, friendly, reliable, expressive and punctual. I have seven years experience working as a Electrician and I have haworked as installation electrician for private job as well.i did work at Medupi power as a test Engineers for low voltage switch gear boards from 110V AC to 660VAC panels and 24V DC to 220V DC panels.
