Excellent training of business management

It was great being in a position to grow a business and help it succeed. I had the ability to do what was needed to be done to help the business without being micro managed.. The big problem was that the owners let me fix the business and teach the as well as help them and then decided that someone who I trained could do my job for less money. They never really see how much work I truly put in.

Pros: I learned the ins and outs of the business
Cons: Long working hours with no real thank you for the work you put in.

A very big compa y means allot of clients to. Keep happy. Ones day is busy from the morning right until you leave, sometimes one works after hours well that depends on how serious you are with your clientsay is the best when you

Working At Palsgaard South Africa

Working at my previous company was an absolute joy as I got to work with customers and suppliers on a daily basis. I also had an amazing supportive team who knew what their responsibilities were and executed them effectively on a daily basis. The challenging part was coming up with solutions to solve customer issues within the food

Lots of experience gained

undergoing lots of training managers not often eager to help deadlines not met bcoz of conflict between staff and managment Every month we had salary queries and often have to wait until the next month to receive it uncaptured hours. leave often decided bybmanagement and not wen it is requested by staff

Excelent time of learning

All the skills required for admin excelance due to managing a shift with all the personell responsabilitys time sheets overtime leave as well as planning for 90 % shift targets and people motivation
