Extensive consulting experience
29 years of design, office management, project management and junior supervision experience. WSP company is too corporate that has much admin costs. Directors of Structural division were short sighted, which resulted in retrenchments.

Ive leant to work as team and it works for me
My last day at work was on the 4 may 2016 I was retrenched I worked as an administration manager,we worked as a team, I never had a stress about my work I really enjoyed it especially the customers insurance claims approval, the most challenging it was customers complain cause I was supposed to resolved them within 14 days.
Pros: I started as a stock clerk from there assistant and ended up as an administration manager.
Cons: I enjoyed working long hours from 8:00 to 5:00.

Interact with clients that was the best experience and dealing with difficult client
I exude a wealth of experience within the call centre environment I have more than 10 years experience in the field.I gave grew great aspiration to grow in the industry and add material value that translates to business development opportunity.Im a passionate individual and pride myself in my work and in everything that I do.I encompass cognitive abilities and very eager to exploreand learn about various parts of the business ,in the process I intent to identity opportunities and influencecontinuous improvement in line to maximise the business drivers.I'm a hard worker and always on time at work.
Pros: I was also promoted to be a Team Leader

I completed 17 working books for product knowledge
I have now learned about clothe that made for spesefic activities and shoes,I also learn how to approach customer and avoiding customer to cut selling process ,listening to customer is what I have learn to established the need of customer

I ENJOYED THE CHALLENGE
Daily contact with staff, sales reporting, sales vs budget, implementation of ideas to achieve budgets, enjoyed the interaction with staff and sharing ideas and making them feel part of the success. i enjoyed the interaction with staff in the other African countries, sharing ideas and getting a better understanding of how they see the world. Humbled and grateful to have been able to be involved.
Pros: the travelling to other countries, meeting people from so many different walks of life. making an impact
Cons: was not given a chance to really make a significant impact. Being retrenched

No opportunities
There is not any challenge laid down on a daily basis so I created my own challenges to ensure that targets are met and that the company can achieve revenue every month

Learnt a great deal especially in executive management
It was a very demanding job and as the director of flight operations I had to be available 24 hours a day. I was in charge of the company flight training school , liasing with the Civil Aviation Authority on behalf of the company all the while running flight operations for the fire fighting division and charter company. I was also second in charge to the CEO and handled the entire budget and was the company chief pilot. Each season I would check and administer 8 flying bases.
Pros: Opportunity to learn a great deal.
Cons: Extremely long hours no time off. Only 4 days leave in two years.
