Good

The company is not bad at all when is comes for treating their employees. The environment is good as well the relationship among's the employees. So far I have learn a lot from the company and improve the standard of teaching. The work days are fine including working hours. The challenge that I have is a workload. The work is too much but time for preparation is too short.

Pros: Yes the opportunity for a promotion is there.

Stepping Stone

i would describe this job as a stepping stone as it is was the first job that i embarked on after graduating. this involves dealing with students' administration, queries, concerns and also providing counselling when and where needed. this job has aided in building some sort of rapport with both students and the co-workers whereby one has to take into account other people's temperaments and learn to live with that. What fascinates me about the job is having to help other people in making a decision about their lives when they are presented with predicament or life-threatening decisions. Challenges about the jobs include when one wants to take their own lives and you have to intervene as a therapist or a counselor in order to ensure that they refrain from making such decisions.

Pros: There is a great opportunity for growth as there are different progressive levels that 1 might migrate to.
Cons: This would relate to coming to work on Saturdays especially when there are not much to be done.

Excellent learning curve

Working with different people with different cultures can be a very challenging experience. That has taught me to handle each and every individual in their own special way. I enjoy learning new aspects on a daily basis and l believe working under pressure trains one to be a very responsible and effective employee. Working as a team is a crucial aspect in a working environment. In a team, members share ideas thereby producing good results

Pros: offer their staff bursaries to study any course
Cons: under staffed

Good learning curve

working at Richfield has been a good experience and learning opportunity.general daily duties include presentation of topic/chapter to students in a class interaction, this would have required preparation beforehand from me as the lecturer.another common season in the academic industry is for marking and moderation, filing and paperwork.where i had challenges i would approach other lecturers,on occasion where necessary the head of academic or campus manager, and likewise give advise where i excel and see opportunity for growth. i have learned how to work, communicate and relate to vast amounts of differing people, multitask and time manage my duties. the challenges in this Job for me are that i need practical finance related experience in order to grow my career in the appropriate direction.what i enjoy the most about this job is using different presentation strategies to help students understand subject topics and how they relate to us in our everyday life.

Pros: good learning environment
Cons: lack of growth

EXCELLENT CURVE

Personal Attribute: I am a pleasant, patient and approachable person and am able to remain calm in volatile situations. I perform well under pressure and am flexible in terms of working independently and as a team player. I am hardworking & believe a person is never too young or too old to learn & should therefore always approach every situation with an open mind & without prejudice. I communicate well at all levels and am able to establish a good report with management and peers. This combined with excellent organizational & planning skills enables me to render a positive influence to the company I am employed with, as well as in my home environment.

Pros: GREAT OPPORTUNITY
Cons: LONG WORKING HOURS

I am not growing well in terms of my career

My job daily is to lecture students. i can say lecturing has helped me to have good communications skills and boost self confidence as i was a very shy person. i have learned to be a good listener as students will come to me having different types of problems, as much as you are their teacher you must also be a friend. The most challenging aspect of this job is working on Saturdays and working on school holidays when students are home for recess because there is no work to do at all.

Pros: a good evironment for continuing with other studies because there is no too much pressure
Cons: having too many classes everyday

Networks, programmer

too much work to do but it was not complicated to finish it because i enjoyed mi work so much. we were having a huge relationship and mostly we were use to share almost everything . i have learn that to work with people it good because we share ideas, give the motivation to work mote effective and submit work correctly on time and communicate to each other it feels so grate. what i have enjoyed more is the challenge work in a group and always do the best work for a company. to do so many work and submit work simultaneously that was a huge challenge.

Pros: programmer
Cons: 8 hours
